Upon entering the yacht, Nick admired the spacious saloon area with its wide opening doors and high-gloss finish. There is a versatile table which provides various options for dining and entertaining. Also highlighted is a hi-lo TV concealed within the wall, one of nine on the yacht. The galley area has the ability to be enclosed or left open plan, and has direct access to the side decks. Beyond the galley and main deck day head was the main owner's cabin. Despite being a rarity on an 80-foot boat, Princess managed to incorporate this spacious cabin with private deck access, a dressing table, surround sound TV, and ensuite with separate amenities.

The lower deck's four guest cabins each with an ensuite were also noteworthy. He was surprised by the third cabin's spaciousness and found the fourth and fifth cabins equally impressive. Also highlighted was the option for bunk beds in the third cabin and the abundance of storage space.

Upstairs, he appreciated the helm station with its necessary controls and screens is situated in an enclosed superfly deck. This allows for an upper deck saloon area with additional living space. Nick liked the various seating and dining options, and the bar area with a sink and fridge.

On the aft deck, he noted the shaded seating area with a folding table, a wet bar, and the hi-lo bathing platform for launching a tender. There are storage lockers for canopies and sea bobs.  On the upper foredeck are sunpads which can be converted into a proper seating area.

The lower foredeck is configurable with seating or a hot tub, this particular yacht features a hot tub.  There is an entrance to the main owner's cabin from this deck which can mean this area could be kept private from the rest of the boat.  Ample storage is featured for gear and a twin hydraulic anchor winches are highlighted.

The crew area held two crew cabins, a crew galley area, laundry facilities, and a toilet. It is to be noted that the boat has the option of having either single beds or bunk beds. Here there are single beds for two crew members.  There is a separate crew entrance to this area, and the storage for their belongings.

The Princess X80 has a spacious engine room with full head room all the way around.  The yacht has a pair of MAN V12-1900 which give a top speed of over 30 knots.  Dropping the speed to 10 knots gives well over 1000 nm of range.

Nick's overall impression of the Princess X80 was extremely positive, admiring its spacious and luxurious accommodations, impressive features, and excellent attention to detail. He believed that it provided the feel of a superyacht in a smaller package, making it a standout choice for boating enthusiasts.
