On Deck

Starting the tour on the back of the yacht, the optional shorter bathing platform is pointed out. This can be extended if the owner wishes to add a tender. Another optional feature is a backrest that can be folded flat to create a sunbathing area.

There are sunbed cushions, a hatch, and a small seat on the foredeck of the yacht. The seat is sunk in, creating a separate area on the boat.

The yacht has great adaptability, with the wide-opening doors, the sliding overhead section, and the option to completely open or close the yacht depending on the weather. Also impressive are the changes to the electrics, which were moved into a more convenient dedicated locker.

Interior

In the galley, another change is highlighted: the split design of the unit housing the sink and hob. This allows users to access the sink without lifting the entire unit, a small change that enhances the boat's usability. There is forward-facing seating next to the helm, which creates a more sociable area when the yacht is in motion.

The design of the helm has been slightly altered, providing ample room for large screens and good access to the door. It is pointed out how easy it is to open the boat up or close it off depending on the weather and user preferences.

Heading downstairs, the bulkhead is now on a diagonal, creating extra space and allowing for a separate shower area in the heads, a small but significant change that greatly improves the boat.

In the owner's cabin, there is an addition of a forward-facing window, which offsets the loss of light from the skylights when sunbed cushions are in place. The double cabin has a decent size, good headroom, and ample storage.

Performance

The engine compartment houses Volvo Penta D3-220 twin engines or an optional single D6 for a more economical option. The D3-220 engines can give the boat up to 32 knots and at a cruising speed of 25 knots a range of 260 nm.

In Summary

In summary, Nick is impressed with the C335's upgrades, its adaptability, and the clever use of space. He appreciates the thoughtful changes that enhance the usability of the yacht, making it a worthy successor to the C330.
