Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.72m beam and a 2.15m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 271 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the eighth yacht built on the Mediterraneo 116 design. She was completed at Benetti's Viareggio yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners in November 2020.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of Abbentures III is straightforward yet functional, featuring sleek lines, a white hull and superstructure with a thin black boot stripe. The two-tiered foredeck serves practical and leisure purposes. The upper tier includes a sunbathing area and a hot tub, while the lower tier is equipped for operational tasks such as anchoring.
Sunbathing & alfresco dining areas are abundant throughout the yacht. Fabric awnings can be erected over the foredeck, aft deck, and the forward section of the sundeck to provide shade. The opening transom allows tenders and toys to be easily deployed from the garage, with access provided via the swim platform.
Interior Design
The yacht Abbentures III's main saloon has large glass doors aft and tall windows, allowing an abundance of natural light to fill the space. This area features a 10-seater dining table situated forward, flanked by expansive picture windows that enhance the open and airy atmosphere.
The attention to lighting continues with circular LED fixtures integrated into a suspended ceiling, creating an efficient and pleasing illumination throughout the interior spaces. The choice of materials emphasizes durability and aesthetics, with marble prominently used in various areas, adding a touch of sophistication without excessive embellishment.
The helm station is situated on the upper deck, next to the captain's cabin, designed for optimal navigation and control. It provides clear sightlines and is equipped with advanced technology to assist with the yacht's operation.
The lounges and saloons prioritize usability and comfort, providing spaces for relaxation and socialization. The layout allows for easy movement and interaction, maintaining a balance between privacy and openness. The use of light wood with a velvety finish and dark wood with a polished surface creates a subtle contrast that pays homage to traditional seafaring interiors while maintaining a contemporary aesthetic.
Accommodation
Abbentures III accommodates 10 guests across five cabins, adhering to a well-regarded layout. The main deck features a full-beam master suite, providing an expansive area for the owner. This suite includes an office space and a seating area by the window, with an ensuite bathroom enhanced by marble finishes.
On the lower deck, the yacht offers four additional cabins: two double cabins and two twin cabins, each providing a comfortable retreat for guests. The yacht also has crew quarters designed to house seven members, ensuring smooth operation and service.

Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12-1400) 1,400hp engines, motor yacht Abbentures III is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 33,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,200 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots.
