Delivered in 2021, Moonstone is an award winning 60.5m motor yacht for sale built by Dutch shipyard Amels. The yacht's refined interiors have been crafted by Luxury Projects, while her exteriors have been penned by Tim Heywood Design.

Design & Construction
Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 10.64m beam and a 3.4m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 1,015 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in late 2018. This was the second yacht built on the Amels 200 design. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in April 2021 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in July 2021.
Exterior Design
Moonstone's silhouette is both striking and graceful, with prominent arches that seamlessly connect the superstructure to the decks, creating a fluid and contemporary profile that is instantly recognizable at sea.
The sundeck has been carefully crafted to serve as a tranquil retreat and entertainment hub. It houses a spa pool with an adjoining bar area, allowing guests to indulge in a refreshing swim followed by their favorite cocktail, all while taking in panoramic views of the surrounding seascape.
The decision to move the gym to the sundeck has allowed for a more versatile use of space. This relocation has not only enhanced the onboard fitness experience by offering sweeping vistas during workouts but also transformed the beach club into a chic, waterfront lounge. Here, guests can unwind in style, surrounded by the sophisticated furnishings of the Dedon Dala collection, and revel in the seamless indoor-outdoor living that Moonstone offers.
Interior Design
The main and bridge deck saloons showcase an exquisite light grey veneer of engineered wood, balanced against a darker grey laminate. Accent walls of travertine add an organic touch, while warm Italian oak floors ground the environment with their natural charm. For an innovative twist, shiny liquid metal frames the window surrounds, adding a touch of modern sophistication.
Ceilings throughout Moonstone serve as a canvas for creativity, featuring recessed tiered domes which artfully conceal LED indirect lighting and air conditioning outlets within a margin of just a few centimeters. This subtle yet impactful design choice maximizes ceiling height and contributes to the airy ambiance of the yacht’s interior.
Art and color come alive within Moonstone's spaces, thanks to the owners' penchant for vibrant hues and the inclusion of bespoke elements. An example of this is a striking cabinet in the bridge deck saloon, adorned with a marquetry pattern of meticulously glued dyed straw, radiating an unapologetic turquoise-green. The dining area is equally bold, featuring chairs in a spirited pumpkin orange accented with bronze, perfectly complementing the Giallo Siena marble tabletop.
Accommodation
Moonstone provides accommodation for up to 12 guests across her six appointed cabins. This includes a main deck owner's suite, which features a private balcony, an oasis where the colors of the sea inspire relaxation and contemplation. The suite boasts an ensuite bathroom adorned with a blue mosaic by Sicis, balanced by Mongolian marble. The attention to detail in the suite captures the essence of luxury yachting, with the walls dressed in a richer veneer and complemented by synthetic leather, creating a harmonious and luxurious retreat for the owners.
The VIP cabin, located on the bridge deck, with bespoke furnishings and artworks that create an exclusive atmosphere. The additional four guest cabins are situated on the lower deck, ensuring ample space and privacy for every guest on board. Each cabin is adorned with large artworks by Andrea Chisesi, providing a modern and artistic backdrop to the peaceful taupe color veneer of the interiors. The guest cabins are not just sleeping quarters but sanctuaries of calm and elegance, designed to ensure that every guest enjoys the pinnacle of comfort during their stay.
The crew accommodations for up to 14 are thoughtfully designed to allow a high standard of service while maintaining the privacy of guests.
Performance & Capabilities
Moonstone is propelled by two robust MTU 12V 4000 engines, which are renowned for their reliability and performance. This powerful setup ensures that she can glide across the waves with grace and strength, delivering a harmonious balance between speed and stability.
With her twin engines, Moonstone boasts an impressive cruising speed, capable of cruising at a comfortable 13 knots. This consistent pace does not come at the expense of her reach, as she has a remarkable range of 4,100 nautical miles. Such long-range capabilities open up a world of exploration for her owners, allowing for extensive voyages and the freedom to visit remote destinations without the constant need for refueling stops.
Advancements in technology and a commitment to sustainability have led to the development of a cutting-edge hybrid power system aboard Moonstone. This innovative system utilizes batteries to efficiently power house systems, thereby reducing the need to engage a second generator. The result is a significant reduction in fuel consumption and CO2 emissions, reflecting a responsible approach to luxury yachting that considers both enjoyment and environmental impact.

In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort and underwater lights will turn plenty of heads when the sun goes down. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht, with a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
