The 145' motor yacht I Love This Boat was delivered to her owners in 2002 by Christensen. Her naval architecture and exterior design comes from the drawing boards of Christensen, while Paola D. Smith & Associates is responsible for her interior design.

Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 29'6" beam and a 8'4" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 415 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
I LOVE THIS BOAT's hull and superstructure are constructed from GRP, with both finished in a crisp white color. A black boot top with a black pinstripe adds contrast to the vessel's profile.
The bow, designed in a clipper shape, contributes to the yacht's semi-displacement hull configuration. This design ensures efficient cruising and stability. The deck is made from teak, providing a durable and classic finish that complements the overall aesthetic.
On the upper deck, the uncluttered pilothouse features twin helm seats facing an array of monitors, ensuring a clear view and ease of navigation. The spacious sundeck includes a large Jacuzzi that can accommodate up to 10 people, sunpads, and a full bar with seating for six. This area is designed for relaxation and socializing, with practical amenities like a frozen drink machine.
The yacht is also equipped with a bi-level beach club at water level, offering guests the opportunity to lounge under umbrellas and enjoy a variety of water toys.
Interior Design
The interior design of I LOVE THIS BOAT is focused on creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The use of striking red madrona burl for the furniture and bulkheads provides a stark contrast to the cream upholstery and carpeting. This is complemented by a variety of woods, including cherrywood, ash, sycamore, and tulipwood, which contribute to the overall finish.
The main salon offers a space where guests can relax and socialize. Plush furnishings and a calming color palette enhance the environment. Adjacent to the main salon, separated by an etched-glass panel, is the formal dining area. This space accommodates 10 guests and features inlaid marble flooring. The skylounge is another area designed for relaxation and socialization. It continues the theme of comfort with its inviting seating and aesthetic appeal.
A functional and uncluttered helm is located in the forward section of the upper deck. Twin helm seats at the helm provide a clear view of an array of monitors, ensuring efficient navigation and control.
The sundeck features a Jacuzzi, large sunpads, and a bar complete with a frozen drink machine. This area is designed for leisure and offers ample space for guests to unwind.
Accommodation
I LOVE THIS BOAT caters to up to 10 guests in five well-appointed staterooms. The main-deck master suite is particularly spacious and includes a king-size bed, a comfortable lounge sofa, and an office area. The suite features his-and-hers en-suite bathrooms, separated by a large walk-in shower with a waterfall feature.
On the lower level, accessible via a spiral stairway, there are four additional guest staterooms. These include two queen staterooms and two twin staterooms, each equipped with en-suite bathrooms.
The yacht is operated by a professional crew of eight. The crew quarters are designed to provide a comfortable living space for the staff, ensuring they can deliver first-class service to all guests.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (8V 4000 M60) 8-cylinder 1,180hp engines running at 1800rpm, motor yacht I Love This Boat is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 10 knots. With her 11,500 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,500 nautical miles at 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
Amenities
Waterfront living can be enjoyed to the fullest, thanks to a large beach club and connecting swim platform with plenty of space for sitting back and admiring the sea views. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht, with a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
