Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.9m beam and a 2.27m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 299 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the second yacht built on the Navetta 38 design. Launched in November 2024 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was completed at Custom Line's Ancona yard in Italy where she was commissioned and delivered to her owners.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of the yacht Leon features an all-white hull and superstructure with a black boot stripe. The design emphasizes clean lines, avoiding unnecessary complexity. The exterior areas are equipped with various round-shaped freestanding elements, including sofas and low tables, which contribute to the yacht's cohesive look.
Outdoor spaces across the three decks are specifically designed for socializing and relaxation. Large sofas and custom-designed armchairs offer ample seating for guests, with coffee tables and lamps. The focus on open-air living is evident, encouraging shared experiences with friends and family at any time of day.
The chromatic theme embraces a neutral palette, predominantly featuring shades of beige and white. These are accentuated by contrasting elements in smoky grey and black, adding depth to the design.
Interior Design
The interior design of the yacht Leon showcases a refined use of materials and a focus on creating harmonious living spaces. Natural oak is prominently featured throughout, with its presence on walls, floors, and ceilings contributing to a consistent and soothing ambiance. The oak detailing extends to the rounded doors, where it adapts naturally, enhancing the overall aesthetic.
In the lounges and salons, freestanding elements such as sofas and low tables are predominantly round, echoing the flowing lines found throughout the yacht. The large sofas and custom-designed armchairs were chosen to facilitate socializing and relaxation. The neutral color palette of beige and white is enlivened with smoky grey and black accents, providing depth and character to the interiors. These darker tones are visible on the helm station ceilings and on various mirrored and lacquered surfaces, adding contrast to the spaces.
Lighting plays a crucial role in the yacht's interior, with lamps strategically placed to enhance the experience of open-air living. Philippe Jeffries' grey and ivory wallpaper adds a touch of elegance, complementing the natural, unfinished materials like teak and leather. Marble is used extensively in the furnishings and coverings, particularly in bathroom areas, with Essential Grey and Crema d’Orcia selections.
Accommodation
Leon offers accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 suites comprising an owners cabin located on the main deck and 4 double cabins.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12 1400) 1,400hp engines, motor yacht Leon is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots. She has a maximum range of 2,800 nautical miles. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
