Tyee is a 27.45m motor yacht for sale delivered by Taiwanese shipyard Horizon in 2021. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Cor D. Rover Design, while Horizon is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a fast displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.11m beam and a 1.75m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 95 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the second yacht built on the FD90 design. She was delivered to her owners in August 2021.
Exterior Design
The upper deck of the yahct Tyee includes a prominent pilothouse that can be easily closed off from the skylounge, providing flexibility for different weather conditions and privacy needs. The skylounge itself is equipped with a large U-shaped settee and a wenge games table, offering a comfortable area for relaxation and social activities.
The boat deck is designed to accommodate a tender, maximizing space for sunbathing and entertainment. The foredeck offers additional seating with a U-shaped settee and sliding dinettes, topped with Mt. Jade Meganite, providing a versatile area for outdoor dining. The teak decking, specified for all exterior spaces, ensures durability and a unified appearance throughout. For added comfort, the foredeck can be shaded with a sun awning, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors without direct sun exposure.
Interior Design
The interior design of Tyee emphasizes functionality and elegance through the use of high-quality materials and thoughtfully curated spaces. The main salon features a dayhead and a television located aft to starboard, with a lounging area to port. This area is furnished with a corner glass cabinet, an L-shaped white leather sofa, and a coffee table accompanied by a pouf ottoman. The décor is characterized by the use of white oak and walnut, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows and white ash flooring that enhance the sense of space and light.
The formal dining area, positioned forward, is accessible via sliding glass doors on both the port and starboard sides, allowing for a semi-al fresco dining experience. The dining space is connected to the galley, which is outfitted with Cambria Brittanicca quartz surfaces, providing a practical and visually appealing workspace.
Ascending the walnut stairs with LED-lit treads, the skylounge offers a private retreat one deck above. This enclosed space includes a large U-shaped settee and a wenge games table, designed for relaxation and entertainment. The skylounge can be separated from the pilothouse, providing a distinct area for navigating and socializing.
Accommodation
The Tyee yacht offers accommodations designed to comfortably host up to ten guests across five well-appointed staterooms. The full-beam owner suite is located furthest forward, providing a generous amount of space with its own distinct features, including expansive closets and a raised vanity or desk area. This master stateroom is complemented by a built-in chaise longue positioned by the window, providing a cozy nook for relaxation.
The lower deck accommodates four more guest staterooms, including a forward VIP stateroom, a convertible twin stateroom with a Pullman berth to port, and two mirrored queen VIP staterooms situated amidships.
For the crew, accommodations are located aft of the engine room, offering ample space for up to six crew members.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (C18 Acert) 1,136hp engines, motor yacht Tyee is capable of reaching a top speed of 14 knots, and comfortably cruises at 12 knots. With her 14,690 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,000 nautical miles at an economic speed of 6 knots.
Amenities
In addition, a swim platform is on hand for guests looking to cool off in the sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht and an inviting spread of sunpads.
