Delivered in 2018, Utopia IV is a multi-award winning 63m motor yacht for sale built by Italian shipyard Rossinavi. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Team 4 Design, while Arrabito Naval Architects is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 11m beam and a 2.2m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 986 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a touch and go heli-pad.
Launched in March 2018 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in June 2018.
Exterior Design
Utopia IV's exterior is a sleek demonstration of modern yacht design, crafted by the reputable Italian shipyard Rossinavi. At 63 meters (207 feet) in length, this vessel presents a commanding presence on the water, enhanced by its capability to extend to approximately 71 meters (233 feet) with a special beach club deployed. With a top speed of 33 knots, it is notable for its swift performance, akin to an "airplane on water."
The yacht's aft deck is designed with family and social gatherings in mind, featuring ample space for relaxation and entertainment. The design employs a monochromatic color scheme, complemented by grayish taupe hues and touches of elegant gray stone. Functionality is key in this space, with a family bar and a concealed television behind a mirror, enhancing the room's utility without compromising on style. Natural light is a defining feature throughout, with thoughtful placement of lighting fixtures that illuminate the interior.
Adjacent to the main salon, the dining room can accommodate up to 12 guests, providing a setting for formal meals. Custom-built wood blinds offer control over natural light, while the surrounding lighting continues the theme of subtle sophistication. Access to the galley is facilitated by an automated door, adding a modern convenience to the traditional luxury.
The bridge deck's Sky Lounge functions as a family retreat, offering comfortable seating for relaxation and entertainment. A hidden television emerges from the wall at the touch of a button, transforming the space into an impromptu cinema. Adding to the versatility of the room, tables with hidden stools provide additional seating options.
Children and those young at heart can enjoy the playroom, equipped with a variety of toys and designed as a dedicated space for creativity and leisure.

Accommodation
Utopia IV provides luxurious living spaces for up to 12 guests, housed within six elegantly appointed cabins. Each cabin is designed with a contemporary style, featuring neutral tones and modern amenities to ensure guests enjoy a serene and inviting atmosphere.
The centerpiece of Utopia IV's accommodation is the owner's suite, also known as the master cabin, a spacious and private retreat for the owners. This exceptional space includes a large bedroom with a plush platform bed, offering panoramic views through expansive windows. The suite extends to a private deck terrace, accessible at the push of a button, allowing for an intimate outdoor experience without leaving the comfort of the cabin. The master cabin also features a generous en-suite bathroom with his and her facilities, as well as a luxurious jacuzzi tub that sits at the heart of the room, providing a relaxing haven for the owners.

Performance & Capabilities
Powered by 4 x diesel MTU (16V 2000 M96L) 2,600hp engines, motor yacht Utopia IV is capable of reaching a top speed of 33 knots, and comfortably cruises at 24 knots. She has a maximum range of 3,300 nautical miles at 15 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
