Hurricane Hole marina reopens following refurbishment

The idyllic Paradise Island in the Bahamas prepares to welcome yachts once again as the Hurricane Hole Superyacht Marina reopens after an expansion and redesign.

Opened by the Rt. Honourable Philip Davis, Prime Minister of The Bahamas, on 22 November 2022, a grand ceremony gave hundreds of guests an exclusive view of the new look marina.

Able to accommodate boats and superyachts up to 122m (400ft), Hurricane Hole offers an admirable 1,860 linear metres of slips and dockage and a wide range of facilities including in-slip fuelling for the first time ever in the Bahamas.

Other amenities added to the revamped Hurrican Hole marina include a liquor store plus a poolside bar and grill. A dedicated area for crew has also been created complete with a crew-friendly pool, a top-of-the-range gym and a Captains’ lounge.

Still to come in the near future, three restaurants are scheduled to open in 2023, as well as a wellness centre, beauty salon and a pharmacy.
