NEOM has revealed Jaumur, the company’s latest plans and renders for a sprawling luxury marina community situated along the Gulf of Aqaba coast in Northwest Saudi Arabia.
At the heart of Jaumur will be a marina, a bustling hub designed to cater to yacht owners and enthusiasts. One of the key features will be a striking 1.5km aerofoil structure towering above the marina, offering protection for some of the world’s largest superyachts that will berth at the site.
Furthermore, Jaumur will boast a marina promenade, featuring entertainment venues, cultural events, signature retail outlets, and dining options. Embracing innovation and education, the development will also house an advanced deep-sea research center to foster deep-sea exploration and to invite experts and pioneers to collaborate on marine discovery, knowledge dissemination, and conservation efforts.
Designed to accommodate over 6,000 residents, Jaumur will also offer exclusive residential areas centered around the marina, consisting of 500 marina apartments and nearly 700 luxury villas, each offering waterfront access and private mooring. Additionally, two upscale destination hotels within Jaumur will provide 350 luxurious rooms and suites.
