Benetti Yachts celebrate another award win for their brand as the exclusive one of a kind vessel, Spectre, wins the prestigious award for Best Custom Built Yacht at the Asia Boating Awards. Signifying the success of the milestone achievement from the Livorno based facility, Spectre continues to display just what the talented builders at Benetti are capable of producing.

Presented at an exclusive event in the Capitol Kempinski Hotel in Singapore, the team of Benetti collected the award which reflected an impressive 750,000 hours of hard work and even more remarkable results.

Judges on the specially selected panel paid close attention to each of the nominees but Spectre shone out with her innovations, premium performance and indulgent comfort.

Collaborative design efforts on Spectre featured some well known talents in the industry including Giorgio M. Cassetta on the exteriors and Mulder Design for the hull design and performance details. Exquisite interiors also featured extensive efforts from the in house team at Benetti.

The resulting high speed cruising hull and top speed of 21 knots makes Spectre 30% faster than other traditional displacement yachts and makes her a vessel of her own class. With an equally impressive range of 6,500 nautical miles at 12 knots, she is ideal for long range voyages through archipelagos.

In addition to the upgraded hull design, Spectre also boasts the Total Ride Control® technology by Naiad Dynamics. Seen for the first time ever in this type of craft, the design substantially increases the stability of the yacht and features three independently controlled stern interceptor blades.

On to the guest areas of the vessel and the sporty image speaks volumes as to the many hours of designwork behind the finished result. With art deco interiors inspired by late 19th century French Liberty style, the spacious decks offer guests an abundance of naturally lit space to socialise, mingle and relax.
