The vision of luxury yachting is being redefined by VisionF Yachts following the launch of two VisionF 82s, the company's flagship 24m (79ft) all-aluminum catamaran.
Following its launch, the VisionF 82 has already garnered significant interest from prospective buyers in the American and European markets. The allure of this catamaran is evident in the swift sale of one of the first two units, while the second unit built for the American market remains available for a lucky buyer.
Founded in 2019 by Coskun Bayraktar of the Viaport Group, VisionF Yachts has built upon its successes with the previous VisionF 80 catamarans to unveil the VisionF 82, which stands alone in the market with no direct equivalents. This evolution of design and construction, crafted from aluminum, marks a bold step for the builder, and for the sector.
The exterior and interior of the VisionF 82, designed by the shipyard's in-house studio, exhibit hallmark traits such as an aggressive profile and expansive glazing, now paired with modern refinements. The catamaran's shallow draft of a mere 0.8m (2.6ft) makes it perfect for cruising in coastal retreats and accessing secluded bays.
Inside, the main deck stretches to the full 9.7m (31.8ft) beam of the yacht, allowing for a variety of layouts, including the option to have the galley on the main or lower deck. Accommodations include a luxurious master suite in the starboard hull and three additional guest cabins, altogether hosting up to six guests, along with quarters for four crew members.
The yacht's social spaces are thoughtfully designed, from the flush foredeck with sunbathing and lounging areas to the aft deck's dining table and sunbeds, leading to a swimming platform. Above, the flybridge offers an exterior helm station and ample room for relaxation and entertainment, complete with a privacy screen for marina stays.
Powered by twin Volvo Penta IPS 1050 drives, the VisionF 82 achieves a top speed of 16 knots and boasts an impressive range of 1,600nm. The shipyard's dedication to sustainability is also evident in the eco package option, enabling the yacht's hotel load to run for up to 20 hours generator-free.
"We provide clients with a yachting experience that is ecologically responsible," said Ali Tanir, General Manager, VisionF. "The VisionF 82 stands out from all catamarans with its power, capturing the interest of sea enthusiasts with its distinctive design and features that don't sacrifice luxury. It also offers a safe maritime environment with its comfort, big living areas, and sturdy aluminum hull."
For those interested in acquiring a new VisionF 82, there are two additional units currently under construction, with deliveries expected in March and May 2024. These yachts still offer the chance for customization by their future owners, allowing for a personalized touch to an already extraordinary vessel.
When it comes to the VisionF 82, it is clear that the motor catamaran market has been captivated by the yacht's bespoke amenities, innovative design, and eco-conscious operations.
