On Deck

At the rear of the yacht, there is the bathing platform, which can be lifted and lowered hydraulically, allowing for a dinghy to be placed into the water. The cockpit area has a large sunbathing area and a wet bar.

The Prestige 630 S features wide decks, a sunbathing area, and seating at the front. A unique feature found is that the platform lowers into steps into the water.

Nick moves onto the flybridge, which he finds unusually smaller but still a good size. The flybridge has a helm station, a seat for a crew member, and a sunbathing area. There is also a fridge and a table that can be transformed into a sunbathing spot.

Interior

Through the galley area there is a saloon which is found to be very nice, particularly of note is the sliding roof, a feature which is not common to find on a flybridge yacht. The saloon also features an all-glass helm, with all instruments displayed on screens.

The yacht has several cabins. On the port side, there is a guest cabin with two beds and an ensuite bathroom with a separate shower stall. There is another cabin with a large double bed, desks, windows, skylights, and plenty of storage, along with its own ensuite bathroom. The master cabin is not at the front, as one might expect, but rather at the back, further enhancing privacy. The master cabin features a feature wall, big windows, a settee, and its own ensuite bathroom.

Crew Accommodation

The yacht also includes a crew cabin with two beds and its own ensuite bathroom.  This is accessed via the bathing platform.

Performance

The engine room has full-standing headroom and houses twin Volvo Penta IPS-950s engines. These engines can reach a top speed of 29 knots, cruising at 19 knots.  At an economic speed of 8 knots a range of 572 nautical miles can be achieved.

In Summary

Throughout the tour, Nick seems impressed with the Prestige 630 S, noting its unique features, spaciousness, and practical design.
