The L550 Fly was built in the United States by Sea Ray making full use of their in-house design team's expertise. The 17.14m/56'3" flybridge boat constructed in FRP can sleep up to six guests in three cabins. She was available with only one option for inboard engines.
Development started in 2016 and the first model rolled off the production line in 2017. She was unveiled to the general public at the 2016 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show - FLIBS where she made her World Debut. She was shortlisted for an award in the 'Above 45ft' category at the 2016 European Powerboat of the Year.
Performance
She can comfortably maintain a cruising speed of 25 knots via her twin 838hp Caterpillar C12.9 E01 engines. In terms of range, the Sea Ray L550 Fly has a standard range of 459 nautical miles (nm).
