The 62S Italia was built in Italy by Azimut with a multi-award winning international design team, exterior styling by Italy's Stefano Righini and interior design by Carlo Galeazzi. The 19.26m/63'2" sportsboat can sleep up to three guests across three cabins. She was available with only one option for inboard engines.
The models in this range were production for over 5 years, so you can be assured that each Azimut 62S was built on a proven platform of success. Production of the first generation Azimut 62S started in 2005 and ran for over 6 years, during which time it won 1 awards. The second and final generation Azimut 62S Italia went into production in 2011.
Performance
The latest generation can comfortably maintain a cruising speed of 32 knots via its twin 1,136hp Caterpillar C18 ACERT E02 HP - U.S. EPA Tier 3 and IMO Tier II engines. By comparison, the Gen 2 has comparable performance to its predecessor, with just a 3 Knot difference between their cruising speeds.
