The 24-metre (78.7ft) VisionF catamaran was recently introduced at the company’s Tuzla shipyard, marking the start of a new series focused on sustainable yachting and advanced electric propulsion.
Marco Casali, of TOO Design, crafted her sleek, modern lines, while Dr. Amedeo Migali of MICAD took charge of her naval architecture. Her lightweight carbon fibre construction contributes to her robust yet elegant profile.
The VisionF E-Cat 80 isn’t just about sleek design—it packs serious power too. Twin Danfoss electric motors deliver 180 kW of continuous power and can peak at 340 kW, ensuring smooth, efficient cruising. Bow and stern thrusters make handling effortless, keeping the yacht steady even in tricky conditions. With a top speed of 16 knots, it’s built for both performance and easy maneuvering.
Powering her adventures is a sustainable energy system. Fifty-four solar panels continuously charge her batteries, generating up to 21.6 kW per hour. This ingenious setup allows for extended voyages without a pit stop for external power. In case of emergencies or when the need for speed arises, twin 150 kW generators stand ready to lend a hand.
With a 10.9-metre beam and a 24-metre length, the VisionF E-Cat 80 offers plenty of room to relax, comfortably hosting up to 12 guests. It’s designed with both space and convenience in mind, including crew quarters for four, complete with a dedicated mess area to ensure seamless service throughout the journey.
For those who love being on the water, the catamaran has a garage ready to be stocked with all the essentials such as jet skis, sea scooters, water skis, scuba gear, or a tender.
