Yanmar 6LPA Range
The smaller of Yanmar’s six-cylinder engine series with a 4.2-litre displacement block, the 6LPA range comprises two high-revving (3,800rpm) straight-six models with four valves per cylinder that produce 300hp and 315hp respectively.
The 6LPA models have individual fuel injectors rather than a common-rail system. They are turbocharged with an intercooler and weigh in at 428kg (dry weight, no gear).
