The 56m sail yacht Burrasca was delivered to her owners in 2003 by Italian shipyard Perini Navi. Perini Navi's in-house team has created the interior and exterior design of the superyacht.

Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement aluminium hull and superstructure she features a 11.52m beam and a 9.7m draft. The yacht is built over 1 decks with an internal volume of 497 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Construction started in mid 2001. This was the first yacht built on the 56m Series design. Launched in June 2002 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in November 2003.
Exterior Design
The exterior design of the Burrasca reflects practicality and functionality. The yacht features a raked bow, providing a streamlined and efficient profile. The deck is constructed from teak, offering durability and a classic appearance. The hull is painted blue, creating a cohesive look with the below the waterline color, which is also blue. The superstructure is white, contrasting with the hull and adding to the yacht's clean and crisp lines.
The design incorporates clean, flowing lines from bow to stern. The stern cockpit is positioned on a lower level than the main deck, which is a signature feature of Perini Navi's design.
The deck is fitted with teak, providing ample space for lounging, hosting parties, and dining events. A spa pool is located on the broad side deck, adding to the vessel's amenities.
Interior Design
The interior design of Burrasca, crafted by Ron Holland Design, emphasizes tradition and class. The use of cherry woods and teaks throughout the interior paneling creates a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Burrasca features an impressive salon and dining room, large enough to accommodate all onboard guests comfortably. The salon provides ample space for relaxation and socializing, while the dining room is designed for hosting meals in a refined setting.
The yacht is equipped with a wellness center that includes state-of-the-art gym equipment and a sauna, catering to the well-being of its guests.
Accommodation
Burrascaoffers accommodation for up to 12 guests in six well-appointed guest suites. Each suite has been crafted using cherry woods and teaks, exuding a traditional yet sophisticated atmosphere.
The owner's area is a highlight, occupying the entire amidships section of the yacht and spanning the full 11.52-meter beam. This space includes a private lounge area, a king-size bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and a large bathroom complete with both a bathtub and a separate shower stall, ensuring privacy and comfort.
In addition to guest accommodations, Burrasca houses a dedicated crew of 10.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel Deutz (TBD616 V12) 12-cylinder 1,256hp engines running at 2235rpm, motor yacht Burrasca is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 55,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,750 nautical miles at 13 knots.

A gym with all the latest equipment allows her guests to keep their workout routines while at sea.
