Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement fiberglass hull and a GRP superstructure she features a 28'10" beam and a 6'7" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 493 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

Cabernet stands out with a striking exterior design that features a fiberglass hull, immediately noticeable due to its distinctive All Craft 2000 Ruby Red topside paint. The yacht's transom design includes stairs on both the port and starboard sides, facilitating easy access to the teak swim platform. This practical design is complemented by a spacious foredeck, offering a wide, unobstructed area for various activities.

The exterior is equipped with a range of functional elements that enhance the yacht's utility and comfort. A pair of jet skis is stationed at the bow, each with its own launching davit, providing recreational options for guests. Additionally, the bow houses robust ground tackle with Maxwell 11,000-pound capstans connected to one-ton plow anchors, ensuring secure anchorage.

One of Cabernet's most notable features is the Jacuzzi deck, which provides a panoramic view of the bow and the surrounding area. This deck, along with the wide walk-around side decks, emphasizes the yacht's focus on blending leisure with function.

Interior Design

The main salon of the yacht Cabernet provides a light-filled space with large floor-to-ceiling windows that offer expansive views. The entrance features granite and onyx flooring, setting a solid and durable foundation for the room. A wet bar is positioned on the port side, efficiently serving both the salon and the aft deck to facilitate entertaining. Furnishings include three large upholstered couches forming a central seating area.

The galley is equipped with stainless steel counters and commercial-grade appliances, ensuring functionality for meal preparation. This includes a trash compactor, a Miele espresso and coffee machine, a food warmer, and a suite of cooking appliances such as a deep fryer and ten ceramic cooktop burners. The galley also houses a GE profile oven, a Wells grill, and a Panasonic convection oven.

The pilothouse is designed for efficiency and control. It features a monitor connected to the yacht's CCTV security system, providing comprehensive oversight. Garmin 8000 series multifunction displays present inputs for GPS, plotter, and radar. CAT engine displays, a Peruno radar plotter, and a ship system monitor are all in place for easy access to navigational data. Additional controls include bow and stern thruster systems and ICOM radio and stabilizer controls. The helm is centered with a settee behind it for observers. The ship's office and nav table are situated on the aft port side, serving as a functional space for navigation and planning.

The Sky Lounge offers a practical retreat with two sofas and a central armchair, accommodating seven comfortably. Overhead skylights provide natural illumination, while the lounge is serviced by a bar equipped with space for a fridge and an ice maker.

Accommodation

Cabernet offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins.

The master stateroom occupies the entire second deck, offering an expansive retreat with a king-sized berth and ample storage space. This suite is equipped with a drop-down TV and includes a private en suite with a jacuzzi tub, separate shower stalls, and dual heads, ensuring privacy and convenience. A private balcony extends from the master suite.

For guests, Cabernet offers two king staterooms, each with its own en suite bathroom equipped with a shower for added privacy. Additionally, there are two guest staterooms with twin berths, also featuring en suite bathrooms, ensuring a comfortable stay for all passengers.

Crew accommodations are thoughtfully designed, providing four cabins that house up to eight crew members. Each cabin is equipped with over-under berths and en suite facilities, allowing the crew to maintain the high standard of service expected on board.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Caterpillar (3512B DITA) 3,000hp engines, motor yacht Cabernet is capable of reaching a top speed of 23 knots, and comfortably cruises at 18 knots. With her 14,000 gallon fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.

Amenities

In addition, a swim platform provides easy access to the ocean. An elevator makes the yacht fully-accessible, while air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort. The sundeck is the social hub of the yacht, with a deck jacuzzi for cooling off and an inviting spread of sunpads.
