Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 12.5m beam and a 4.85m draft. The yacht is built over 5 decks with an internal volume of 2,083 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

CHAKRA's strong presence is complemented by a classic silhouette that is unmistakable. The yacht's length, now 80 metres excluding the six-metre bowsprit, marks her as one of the largest yachts available for charter. This vast scale allows for a generous deck layout, facilitating a wide range of activities and leisure spaces for guests.

The swim platform has been significantly lengthened, providing guests with an expansive area for water access and relaxation. A central staircase ascends from this platform to the main deck aft, which has been repurposed from its original function of tender storage into a sheltered alfresco dining area that can accommodate up to 32 guests.

The upper deck, accessible via staircases to port and starboard, serves as an inviting greeting area and features various seating arrangements ideal for hosting gatherings. Its position allows for an uninterrupted flow from the lower dining area to the social spaces above.

CHAKRA's interior spaces are accessible from the upper deck aft, leading into the expansive main salon that retains the original dark wooden wall panels, now complemented by lighter tones for a contemporary feel.

Guests will find the bridge deck offers a primary outdoor relaxation space with a step-up Jacuzzi and sunpads, a Bimini-shaded area with chaise loungers, and a bar for refreshments. The gymnasium, enclosed and featuring full-length windows, provides an opportunity for guests to exercise with ocean views.

CHAKRA's interior reflects careful consideration of space, light, and modern comfort while honoring the vessel's traditional origins.

Interior Design

Following her extensive refit, CHAKRA showcases a renewed interior that juxtaposes original dark wooden wall panels with contemporary, pale-colored carpeting and white upholstery for a light, airy ambiance. This carefully considered palette extends into the main salon, where expanses of sofas along the bulwarks create an open, uncluttered space complemented by white armchairs, marble-topped coffee tables, and light grey pouffes.

Artistic expression is evident throughout the interior, with vibrant artworks and sculptures. Glass impressions of pop art prints and eclectic sculptures reflect a sense of fun across the interior spaces, contributing to the yacht's relaxed atmosphere. The dining salon, situated forward of the main salon, features wooden floorboards and a large rectangular table that accommodates 18 guests. Unique glass light fixtures and a selection of intriguing artworks define the room, well-appointed for formal dining experiences.

The main lobby, serving as a central access point to the various decks, maintains the theme with the original woodwork balanced by lighter tones. This space leads to various communal areas, including a bar and lounge that transform into a social hub come evening. The original woodwork here has been painted in a soft duck egg blue, creating a serene environment that transitions into a lively club area at night.

Attention to detail is evident in the hand-selected materials used throughout CHAKRA's interior. Marble features prominently in the en-suites, with grey-veined varieties contributing to the spa-like atmosphere. The use of reflective surfaces, such as mirrored cabinets and desks, amplifies the sense of space while enhancing the yacht's contemporary appeal.

Functional amenities include a centrally located gymnasium on the bridge deck, equipped with Technogym equipment and offering panoramic views, encouraging an active lifestyle while on board. The yacht's interior also accommodates a massage room and a beauty salon with hairdressing facilities, ensuring guests can indulge in personal care and relaxation during their stay.

Accommodation

Accommodations on yacht CHAKRA are designed to comfortably host up to 42 guests within her 21 cabins, ensuring a spacious and private experience for each visitor. The guest quarters are divided across the yacht's decks, all benefiting from natural light and ocean views due to their above-waterline positioning.

The master suite, situated on the forward section of the main deck, presents a generous space that balances the yacht's original dark wooden panels with lighter tones for a contemporary feel. This suite includes a large bed, a private office, a substantial dressing room, and an expansive en-suite bathroom boasting dual sinks, a large shower, and a prominent bathtub. Artwork within the suite adds a playful character to the otherwise masculine ambiance.

On the upper deck, the full-beam VIP suite offers a contrasting aesthetic with its soft duck egg blue woodwork and light grey accents, creating a serene environment. Like the master suite, the VIP room is equipped with a widescreen television, en-suite bathroom mirroring the luxurious marble finish.

Adjacent to the VIP suite on the upper deck, there are six double cabins, while the main deck hosts five additional double guest cabins alongside the master suite. The lower deck comprises four twin cabins and one double cabin, all of which are designed with tranquil color palettes and come with en-suite bathrooms and widescreen televisions. The arrangement of 18 staterooms offers flexibility in accommodations, catering to a variety of group configurations.
