The 121'1" classic yacht Fair Lady was delivered to her owners in 1928 by British shipyard Camper & Nicholsons. The yacht's exteriors have been penned by Charles E. Nicholson, while John Munford has designed her interiors.

Designed around a displacement steel hull and a teak superstructure she features a 21'4" beam and a 10' draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 204 GT (Gross Tonnes).

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.
