Delivered in 2001, Perseus is a 49.8m sail yacht built by Italian shipyard Perini Navi. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Perini Navi, while Ron Holland Design is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction

Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 10.27m beam and a 8.39m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 422 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Construction started in late 1999. She was delivered to her owners in October 2001.

Accommodation

Perseus offers accommodation for up to 8 guests in 4 suites comprising an owners cabin, 1 VIP cabin and 2 twin cabins. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel Deutz (TBD 616 V12) 12-cylinder 979hp engines running at 2100rpm, motor yacht Perseus is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 13 knots. With her 45,700 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 3,500 nautical miles at an economic speed of 10 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.
