From The Manufacturer

When you've earned the right to enjoy the pleasures of a Hatteras 43 Convertible, there;s something important you should know about her.

She's done some earning as well.

The right to be called a Hatteras.

Because the 43 Convertible carries the refinements of our latest generation of fishing boats.

Her fiberglass hull is double chined along the entire length. So she delivers excellent performance. She gets up on plane quickly. Cuts head seas cleanly. Tracks steadily. She is, in short, a great sea boat. What's more, the hull is also generously beamed.

Which means that you, your family and guests can be with each other without living on top of each other. Her cockpit is large, easily accommodating fighting chairs or deck chairs. The flybridge seats six. Comfortably. And her walk-arounds are so wide and securely hand-railed that there's no need to inch around them.

So you see, even though the 43 is a fishing machine, she's very considerate of humans, large and mall. For all her strength and performance, she is as she is pictured here... well qualified to be a "mother ship" to any family.
