Burgess and Edmiston managing sales of exclusive IYCA berths in Port Vauban

Brokerage firms Burgess and Edmiston have announced a joint central agency to manage the sales of some of the most highly sought-after berths in Antibes.

Managing a limited number of berths in the International Yacht Club d’Antibes (IYCA) in Port Vauban, Burgess and Edmiston have a unique opportunity to offer up to 20-year leases on berths.

Offering IYCA berths ranging from 70 to 110 meters, select yacht Owners will have the use of the marina's new facilities and of course access to some of the hottest spots along the Cote d'Azur.

Running under a guaranteed "right to use" for the next 10 to 20 years, Edmiston claims another opportunity like this will not be likely until at least 2042 with so many berths already sold, including the superyacht berths measuring 160m (524.9ft).

Currently scheduled for completion in Spring 2023, the Port Vauban makeover has been designed by Phillipe Prost and is set to feature an all-new yacht club complete with a helipad, making the marina an ideal stop for Owners wanting to visit Monaco, Nice or Cannes.

With the original plans released in 2020, much of the work has maintained a close parallel to the co-existing infrastructure of the area, including the 2,500-year-old ancient structures.

Keeping tradition and heritage in mind, the new designs are keeping in touch with the history of the location while having top-of-the-range amenities to meet the needs of modern-day Owners.
