The 80m (262') superyacht will be the brand's new flagship and is part of a new strategic investment plan aimed at reducing the delivery time an owner looking to buy a yacht of this size faces.
Construction has begun on the hull and superstructure for the ISA Continental 80, with interior design and customization scheduled for summer 2021. The superyacht would then be ready for delivery in 2023.
As with all other models in the range, the ISA Continental 80 is the design work of Enrico Gobbi and his Team for Design studio and it certainly has a number of head turning features, starting with its sculpted aluminium superstructure with clean horizontal lines.
Square and extensive windows provide wonderful panoramic views from the interior, and fold-down side terraces in the beach club make the area look and feel even more airy.
A stunning main deck aft swimming pool, with a glass bottom, looks down into the beach club below. The pool has an infinity edge with a waterfall style effect - with water flowing between two separate glass panels for added privacy.
The upper deck has a lounge and living areas aft and the master suite forward. Designed very much as the owner’s deck, the fixed balconies either side with glass inserts make it a wonderfully inviting space to relax. There is also a touch-and-go helipad at the bow with direct access to the owner’s quarters.
The interior for the 2300 GT vessel is designed by Luca Dini Design & Architecture and covers five guest decks from the sundeck down to the lower deck and beach club setup aft.
The sky lounge, one deck above, is similarly open and airy and also features a gym.
Onboard there are a total of 7 cabins that can accommodate up to 12 guests, with an additional 10 cabins housing 19 crew members. With a range of 6,200 nautical miles at a 12-knot cruising speed, the ISA Continental 80 is capable of long range cruising. Twin MTU engines give a top speed of 17-knots.
The ISA Continental range comes in two versions - 80m (262') and 65m (213'). ISA Yachts is part of the Palumbo Superyachts network and the ISA Continental 80 is set to be its largest yacht to date.
