The 56 was built in Britain by Princess making full use of their in-house design team's expertise. The 18.11m/59'5" flybridge boat built from GRP can sleep up to six guests in three cabins. She was available with a range of inboard engine options.
The models in this range were production for over 15 years, so you can be assured that each Princess 56 was built on a proven platform of success. Production of the first generation Princess 56 started in 1995 and ran for over 7 years. The second and final generation Princess 56 went into production in 2012.
Performance
The latest generation can comfortably maintain a cruising speed of 32 knots via its twin 705hp Caterpillar C12 ACERT E03 engines. By comparison, the Gen 2 has comparable performance to its predecessor, with no difference between their cruising speeds.
