The Princess F62 for sale takes a typical three-cabin flybridge and ramps up the space and options, adding a 32-knot top speed for good measure.
The extra length on offer here over the F55 is all about more space. You still get three cabins, a galley aft salon and foredeck lounge but everything feels bigger, while there is now room for a proper dining area. It is the same story on the flybridge, the upper deck feeling more sophisticated and larger.
Some 1.7m (5ft 5in) longer than the F55, the F62 might still be a three-cabin yacht but makes each cabin fully ensuite, adding notably more space to each quarters. The luxury of a separate dining area, opposite the galley aft, means the main lounge can be kept clean and clear, with that raised mini-lounge a great addition whether underway or for social gatherings. The flybridge follows suit with separate lounge, dining and sunpad areas.

Market Price Insight
YachtBuyer’s Market Watch reports that there are currently 6 Princess F62 yachts listed for sale globally, with prices spanning a wide range due to generational differences and features. First generation models (Gen 1, 2016 - 2020) are the most affordable, priced between $2.1 million and $2.5 million, with an average asking price of $2.3 million. In contrast, the newest, second generation models (Gen 2, 2021 - 2022) are listed at $3 million, reflecting their advanced technology, more modern design, and newer construction. The arrival of the second generation model has influenced the pricing of first generation yachts, as their updated styling, features and cutting-edge appeal shift buyer preferences, resulting in more competitive pricing for older models. This trend highlights how innovation drives market dynamics for the Princess F62 line.

Over the last three years, the two generations of the Princess F62 have shown clear pricing trends shaped by factors like market demand, condition, and features. The first generation models have the longest average time on the market, sitting for about 211 days, suggesting lower demand for the older features, and on average, they end up 4.68% lower than their initial asking price. With an average market duration of 60 days, the second generation models stand out for their shorter time on sale, likely due to their newer features and refreshed design but they don't tend to need to lower the price in order to sell.
Princess started development on the F62 in 2016 and the first model rolled off the production line in 2018. The second generation was launched in 2021.
