The Princess V65 is a sports yacht marked out by smooth style, a spacious interior and red-blooded 38-knot performance. The first generation Princess V65 was launched in 2000. The third and current generation Princess V65 was launched in 2018.
The hugely successful V65 is now in its fourth generation and celebrates 25 years of production. Production of the very first generation Princess V65 started in 2000 and ran for over 4 years. The fourth and latest generation Princess V65 was announced in 2024.
Mixing class-leading space, confidently understated style and thrilling performance, the V65 offers buyers a very strong sports yacht package. Inside, the galley aft design creates a separate dining area and allows the interior to merge with the aft deck via an adjoining bar. The layout also leaves space for a dedicated forward lounge under a large sunroof.
A serious cruising yacht, there are four cabins for eight guests, including a full-beam Owner's stateroom and a forward VIP. On deck, the aft deck is designed to run on from the salon, with a separate foredeck lounge to enjoy.

Market Price Insight
YachtBuyer’s Market Watch reports that there are currently 3 Princess V65 yachts listed for sale globally, with prices spanning a wide range due to generational differences and features. First generation models (Gen 1, 2000 - 2004) are the most affordable, priced between $450k and $490k, with an average asking price of $470k. In contrast, the newest fourth generation models (Gen 4, 2024) are likely to be priced much higher, reflecting their advanced technology, more modern design, and newer construction. There are currently none for sale globally. Yachts from generations two and three (2006 - 2023) fall in the middle, priced at $2.2 million. The arrival of the latest fourth generation models has influenced the pricing of earlier generations, as their updated styling, features and cutting-edge appeal shift buyer preferences, resulting in more competitive pricing for older models. This trend highlights how innovation drives market dynamics for the V65 line.

The third generation models have the longest average time on the market, sitting for about 228 days, suggesting lower demand or older features, and on average, they end up 0.78% lower than their initial asking price.
Princess started development on the V65 in 2000 and the first model rolled off the production line in 2002. Six years later, in 2006, the second generation was launched. The third generation was launched soon after in 2018 and saw its World Debut at Boot Düsseldorf the following year. The fourth and latest generation Princess V65 was announced in 2024.
