The yacht being toured is the flybridge version, distinguishing it from the 'S' version which lacks the flybridge and instead has a flat top roof with a sliding panel. 

Accessing the boat via a hi-lo bathing platform, it is noted that there is an option of having a crew cabin or a tender garage.  The hi-lo platform has clever sliding panels that form steps into the water. This one features the tender garage and Nick seems to prefer this option due to the yacht's size, as it's usually not crewed.

The cockpit features a sunbathing area with adjustable backrests suitable for sitting around the table. The table is also flexible, being a folding table that can be adjusted according to the dining needs. There is also a sizeable storage area hidden here.

Up on the flybridge, there is a wet bar, barbecue, and grill, along with a foldable bimini offering shade, a social area, and seating arrangements.  The upper helm features throttle controls, displays and an uninterrupted view.

Moving into the saloon area, there are wide-opening doors that connect the interior and exterior spaces. This Prestige 520 has a galley-aft layout, with an island in the middle of the kitchen, and ample storage. He also notes the comfortable deep seats in the saloon, and the ability to extend seating by adjusting backrests.

The lower helm has a bow thruster and joystick IPS control, and twin Raymarine screens.

The VIP guest cabin impresses with its size, skylights, and concealed lighting around the headboard. He also commends the headroom in the additional cabin and the cleverly designed heads with foldable doors allowing for an enclosed shower cubicle.

The master cabin is an excellent size for a 52-foot boat. The storage solutions and the ensuite are showcased, along with small opening windows for ventilation.

The engine room houses the Volvo Penta IPS-650 engines. Although the headroom is limited due to the tender garage above, the accessibility of the engines, generator, and other systems is still good. The yacht's range is estimated to be about 200 miles at fast cruising speed of 25 knots, and a top speed of 30 knots.

Throughout the tour, Nick seems genuinely impressed with the Prestige 520's features, design, and practicality. His only minor issue seems to be the limited headroom in the engine room.
