On Deck

The Prestige F5.7 has a lift platform at the stern capable of holding 350 kg (771.6 lbs), suited for a tender up to 3.5 metres (11.5 ft). This platform includes a ladder that extends into steps underwater when lowered. The aft deck seating is centrally placed, facing sideways, allowing movement all around. The open transom offers excellent views across the water. The dining table here folds out to double its size.

Forward, the deck includes a sunbathing area with adjustable sections. Prestige added extra upholstered seating and a table to create an additional social area forward, protected by a large bimini. The spacious flybridge features a large hardtop with an opening section, a helm station with Garmin multifunction displays, joystick controls, bow thruster, a live-view camera system, extensive seating, a folding dining table, sunbathing spaces, and an outdoor bar area with a barbecue, sink, fridge, and storage.

Movement around the boat is smooth, with easy side deck access leading from the cockpit area around to the forward deck.

Interior Accommodation

Entering from the cockpit, the ocean-view galley features excellent visibility aft. It includes an oven, hob, sink, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. This galley design emphasizes the view while anchored.

The saloon, one step up from the galley, includes an expansive seating area with plenty of storage. The dining table here is height-adjustable and unfolds for increased dining space. Large windows and sliding doors create a bright, airy atmosphere. The electrical and air conditioning panels are conveniently placed near the saloon entrance.

The helm station includes twin Garmin screens for navigation and boat systems management, IPS joystick control, and standard engine instrumentation. The helm seat uniquely transforms, lowering and rotating to form part of the saloon's seating arrangement, reclaiming valuable space when not underway.

Owner's Cabin

The owner's cabin is placed on a half deck forward, providing good space and privacy. Although slightly narrower due to its position, it remains spacious enough for comfort. It includes overhead lighting, opening hatches, AV equipment, seating, generous storage with shelving and hanging rails, and a small dressing table.

The ensuite bathroom features twin sinks, a rainfall shower, spacious standing room, and a translucent ceiling hatch. A sliding pocket door provides privacy and space optimization.

Guest Accommodation

Further aft on the lower deck, the Prestige F5.7 offers two additional guest cabins. One spacious cabin features side-by-side beds, full standing headroom, a wardrobe, and an overhead escape hatch, nearly matching an owner's suite. It includes a separate ensuite with a shower, sink, and toilet compartment and a walk-in wardrobe for enhanced usability. A twin cabin offers further accommodation space, smaller but comfortably designed.

Laundry facilities, including a washer-dryer and storage compartments for cleaning equipment and circuit breakers, are conveniently positioned on the lower deck.

Crew Accommodation

The crew cabin is located aft and serves primarily as overflow accommodation or additional storage. It includes basic sleeping arrangements, a small sink, and a toilet. This space is practical for occasional crew use or guest overflow.

Performance

The engine room houses twin Volvo Penta D8 IPS 800 engines, delivering around 600 horsepower each, offering a top speed of approximately 27 knots and a cruising speed of 23 knots. The cruising range is approximately 200 nautical miles, potentially tripling at displacement speeds. Engine room space has improved from previous models, offering better headroom and easier access to equipment, including fuel tanks with sight gauges, a generator, SeaKeeper stabilization system, ventilation, and electronics by Garmin.

In Summary

Overall, the Prestige F5.7 leaves a very positive impression due to its thoughtful design and practical use of space. Notably, the clever integration of areas such as the convertible helm seat and ocean-view galley significantly enhances onboard comfort. The spacious guest cabins and innovative placement of the owner's suite clearly illustrate Prestige's commitment to maximizing comfort.
