Combining Vieux Port and Port Canto, the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024 will draw approximately 55,000 visitors who will enjoy complementary transportation for easy access between the two boat show areas.
Originally named the "Festival de la Plaisance," this prominent European boat show has expanded significantly since its inception in 1977. Today, it showcases a dazzling array of 700 boats and yachts for sale, spanning from 5m to 50m (16ft to 164ft) in length.
Yachts at the Cannes Yachting Festival
The vibrant Vieux Port, at the foot of the Suquet, is a hub for all things boating at the 2024 Cannes Yachting Festival, featuring the Superyacht Extension where superyachts ranging from 25m to 55m (82ft to 180ft) will showcase in an exclusive exhibit.
Visitors can explore a diverse collection of motor yachts and boats including sports yachts, flybridge yachts, trawlers, and more with LOAs between 10m and 34m (33ft to 111.5ft).
Port Canto, situated across the bay, is primarily directed towards boats in the 8-12m (26ft to 39ft) sector, alongside dedicated zones to pre-owned yachts for sale, with numerous brokers available to assist with any inquiries.
The Cannes Yachting Festival highlights nearly 120 new sailing yachts from 10m to 30m, including monohulls and multihulls, with over a dozen world premieres. The show layout provides ample quay space, with over 400 meters for monohulls and over 450 meters for multihulls.
The 2024 Cannes Yachting Festival is set to showcase thrilling world premieres, featuring the debut of the Sanlorenzo SP92, the launch of the WallyWHY100, and the premiere of the Silent 62 Open catamaran.
New for the 2024 Cannes Yachting Festival, a brand-new marina has been unveiled at Port Canto, strategically positioned between the Sailing and Yacht Brokerage & Toys sections. This innovative addition is dedicated to showcasing new motor boats up to 12m (39ft) in length overall (LOA), marking the first time boats of this size will be displayed on the water at the event.
The newly constructed marina accommodates 170 boats, including approximately 140 motorboats for saleranging from 8m in the water to about 30 boats on land with a maximum length of 8m.
