Interior

Inside, the use of light oak woodwork with a satin finish is appealing because it adds a sporty, contemporary feel to the yacht. There's also a TV in the saloon that rises out from behind a panel and a bar area with soft-close compartments.

The lower deck is where the electrical systems for the boat are controlled. Nick appreciates the open area on this deck, which features a dinette and a well-equipped galley with a big fridge freezer, a combination microwave, conventional oven and grill, a ceramic hob, and a dishwasher. There are three cabins in total, including a VIP guest cabin, a third cabin with twin beds, and a master cabin that spans the full beam of the boat. The large windows, storage spaces, and dressing area in the master cabin are particularly impressive.

On Deck

The tender garage houses a Williams 325. The boat's bathing platform lowers to enable the tender's easy launch and retrieval, a feature that Nick considers somewhat 'James Bond-like'. Furthermore, the bathing platform's ability to carry a jet ski in addition to the Williams increases the boat's appeal.

On the deck, the sleek design of the roof section and the sizable sunbathing area on the bow are all praised. He also notes the teak decks and the chain lockers and anchor on the bow.  Of further note is the spacious sunbathing area at the back of the boat, as well as the large cockpit which offers both shade and shelter. There's also a bar area with a barbecue and a sink, along with a top-loading fridge and storage space.

Performance

The yacht's engineering areas, including the engine room, are well-maintained and easy to access. The boat is powered by a pair of MTU 8V M84 engines, each producing 1217 horsepower, enabling the yacht to reach speeds of up to 37 knots.

In Summary

Overall, Nick is highly impressed with the Princess V62, finding it stunning and functional. He appreciates the yacht's design, features, and performance, and even admits to falling in love with it.
