On Deck

The yacht has a classic sports yacht layout with a garage in the back large enough for a 3.2-meter tender, a drop platform, and two access-ways up to the cockpit.

The yacht's docking station is highlighted, which folds away when not in use, and the barbecue area that includes a sink, ice maker, and fridge. There is spacious seating area with a sliding roof and lift window that connects the inside and outside of the yacht.

The yacht's outside decks have deep walkways, leading to a foredeck sunbathing area which features a concealed anchor chain.

Interior

Inside, the galley-aft layout is showcased, highlighting the Miele oven and hob, the storage for crockery, and the large glass panel that allows light in. There are additional storage spaces and fridges throughout the yacht.

The helm has Recaro seats and modern digital instrumentation. He explains why a yacht with an IPS joystick still needs a bow thruster - to provide leverage on the bow when the wind is strong. The helm is finished in a low glare material to prevent reflections on the screen.

Below deck, there is high-gloss woodwork in the VIP guest cabin and ample storage, hanging locker, and ensuite bathroom. There is a day heads and two additional guest cabins, one with bunk beds, which share this bathroom.

In the master cabin, there is an impressive walk-in wardrobe, a large ensuite bathroom, and the option for a presidential layout that sacrifices a bunked cabin for a larger master suite area. Also noted is the convenience of the utility area accessed via the master cabin, which can also serve as a crew cabin.

Performance

In the yacht's engine room, there are a pair of Volvo Penta IPS-950s. These give the boat a top speed of about 28 knots and a cruising speed of 20 knots. The yacht's range is approximately 340 nautical miles at cruising speed, but it can extend to nearly 1000 miles at lower speeds. The base of the tender garage can be seen in the engine room and the ease of access to essential components like the air conditioning is praised.

In Summary

Throughout the tour, Nick appears to be a fan of the Riviera 6000 Sport Yacht, praising its layout, equipment, and features. He does not express any dislikes about the yacht.
