Broker evaluation

Teak:
•    Main deck Aft teak: Signs of usage but still good for few years. Never been re-caulk but everything look in good order, no damage, or wood replacement need it. 
•    Swimming Platform teak: Needs replacement, teak is gone. Around 2500 / 2700 euros to replace.
•    Fly Bridge Teak: Needs replacement, will cost around 5000 to 6000 euros to replace. 
Windows / Doors / Perspex / Acrylic:
•    Perspex Windscreens: Shows signs of crazing. No cracks. Don’t look good, but in working order.
•    Perspex Bridge Hatch:  Shows signs of crazing. No cracks. Don’t look good, but in working order. 
•    Main deck sliding door: All good, no cracks, rail in good condition. Door handle needs replacement or good polish. 
•    Side Windows: All good, no cracks or visible damage. Sika Sealing in some of them could be replaced. 
•    Main Window: All good, no cracks or visible damage. Wipers ok. 
Paint, seals and Joints:
•    Hull: Needs painting.
•    Superstructure: Bow, crown and gunwale is cracking. Needs painting. 
•    Sika joints and sealings: Some in good condition and relatively new, work done by an amateur, not professional. Some are damage, need replacement.

Exterior Upholstery:
•    Bow mattresses: Good condition, few years of life. 
•    Main deck cushions: Good condition, few years of life. 
•    Flybridge cushions: Good condition, few years of life. Need a good clean. 

LSA / FFE:
•    LSA´s: Was coded for charter, so for private use not everything is relevant. 
o    Safe Sea Epirb1 Pro: Battery Expires in May 2026 / Needs TEST las one due on 06/05/2023 / HDR expires in 05/2024
o    Life jackets: All good. Next Revision 04/2026 and 11/2026
•    FFE´s: 
o    FM200: Last revision on 17/01/2022. Needs next revision on 05/2024
o    Fire extinguishers: Need revision. 
Helm stations and Instruments:
•    Instruments: In good condition and working order. I haven´t been able to check everything. 
•    Throttle and engine controls: Both stations in working order and good condition. 
•    Gauges: In good condition and working order. I haven´t been able to check everything.
•    Look: Not much sun or water damage. They look decent condition.
•    Electrónics: Raymarine E120
Interior:
•    Cabinets: Some show humidity issues with milky varnish stains. Many cabinets are affected. Shows signs of lack of ventilation or no dehumidifier at the boat. 
•    Upholstery wall panels: Falling and hanging, need replacement. 
•    Upholstery sealing panels: Overall good condition.
•    Stain at the Owners Cabin: There’s a stain in the main cabin stbd side carpet. Also the wooden side panel above is damage, looks like from water. 
•    Portholes: Some rust signs in some of them.
•    Interior Bilges: Some water inside, nothing major. Need painting. 
•    Seacocks: There’s some rust, and need maintenance, if not replacing, despite they are in working order.  
•    Galley: Overall good condition, not much use. Appliances in good condition. 
•    A/C Units: Working well. 

Engine Room:
•    Smoke inside the engine room: There’s obvious signs of smoke inside the engine room. Either the engines are smoking or there was an issue with turbo’s or oil leak at some point. Port engine looks like has overheated at some stage, there’s no signs of deformation of the engine block (but only visual inspection), but there’s signs of overheating engine. Plastic protector deformation.
•    Exhaust heat sleeve shield, not 100% sure, but looks like needs replacement.
•    Turbo in Port engine has been replaced, STBD engine I can be certain if it wasn´t replaced.
•    Engine mounts original but look in good condition.
•    Batteries 19/8/23
•    Water cooling pumps have no leaks and circuit seems to work. 
•    Shaft seals have been replaced at some point. 
•    We could not check engine maintenance history.

Accommodation

The 3 Stateroom and 2 head plus crew layout it’s the favourite choice of our clients, provides comfortable accommodations for the entire family plus the crew. A generous main deck aft and a large bathing platform ensure plenty of outdoor space near the water. A large foredeck and an expansive custom Flybridge layout complete the outdoor space and entertainment.

Her spacious interior, an eye-popping blend of high-gloss cherry woodwork, leather salon seating, and galley appliances, includes a full-beam amidships master with island berth, forward VIP stateroom with ensuite head, and a second guest stateroom with twin beds.  Huge cabin windows offer panoramic outside views, and vertical hull ports flood the master suite with lighting.
