Market Price Insight
YachtBuyer’s Market Watch reports that there are currently 7 Sunseeker Predator 60 yachts listed for sale globally, with prices spanning a wide range due to generational differences and features. First generation models (Gen 1, 1999 - 2001) are the most affordable, priced between $374k and $375k, with an average asking price of $374.5k. In contrast, the newest second generation models (Gen 2, 2010 - 2014) are listed between $827k and $1.4 million, reflecting their advanced technology, more modern design, and newer construction. The arrival of the second generation model has influenced the pricing of first generation yachts, as their updated styling, features and cutting-edge appeal shift buyer preferences, resulting in more competitive pricing for older models. This trend highlights how innovation drives market dynamics for the Predator 60 line.

Over the last three years, the two generations of the Sunseeker Predator 60 have shown clear pricing trends shaped by factors like market demand, condition, and features. The first generation models have the longest average time on the market, sitting for about 2332 days, suggesting lower demand for the older features but they don't tend to need to lower the price in order to sell. The second generation models spend the shortest time on the market, on average around 1603 days, which is unsurprising given their newer features and styling but they don't tend to need to lower the price in order to sell.
Sunseeker started development on the 60 in 1999 and the first model rolled off the production line later the same year. The second generation was launched in 2010.
