The Pacific Mariner 85 was built in the United States by Westport Yachts making full use of their in-house design team's expertise. She was available with only one option for inboard engines.
Development started in 2004 and the first model rolled off the production line later the same year.
She can comfortably maintain a cruising speed of 22 knots via her twin 1,502hp MTU 10V 2000 M96 engines.
