Windy Boats

Scandinavian boat builder Windy produces high-quality and high-performance small-to-medium size models, specialising in sportsboats, hardtop sports yachts and superyacht tenders for sale.

Sleek but understated styling, elegant interiors, Scandinavian craftsmanship and fast sea-going performance are always central tenets of the brand. One thing the large range of new and used Windy yachts for sale have in common is that they are all great fun to drive and are widely esteemed for their razor-sharp handling, albeit with a nod to a practical, very Nordic character - think Porsche 911 or BMW M5.

This practical nature manifests itself in large cockpits with lots of seating and stowage space, excellent helm positions with integrated grab rails and clever canopy designs. But it is Windy’s undoubted performance pedigree that resonates most, and often means you’ll see them driven by the sort of people who could easily afford to buy a much larger boat.

In recent years, Windy has established a custom boatbuilding division that mainly produces superyacht tenders and runs in parallel to its core series production business. In addition to the inboard-engined boats described here, Windy has also acquired and relaunched the Draco brand, adding a range of smaller, outboard-powered speedboats its portfolio.
