Haze is an award winning 26.3m motor yacht delivered by Italian shipyard Extra Yachts in 2020. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Francesco Guida, while Palumbo Superyachts is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.8m beam and a 1.75m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 86 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Launched in August 2020 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in September 2021.
Exterior Design
Haze's profile is marked by a sleek and modern silhouette, which is both practical and visually appealing. The chosen paint finish, Glossy Daytona Grey, accentuates the yacht's contemporary lines, ensuring it stands out in any setting.
The aft deck spans an impressive 50 square meters and is thoughtfully divided into three distinct zones for optimal use of space. At the stern, the swim platform is equipped with a hydraulic mechanism that allows it to be submerged for effortless sea access. The central area features a generous sun pad coupled with a seating arrangement, while the forward section houses a dining space capable of accommodating eight guests comfortably, facilitating social interactions without spatial constraints.
Moving to the bow, Haze offers yet another area for relaxation with a sizeable sundeck and a welcoming sofa arrangement, effectively creating a fourth zone dedicated to leisure.
On the flybridge, which covers around 25 square meters, one finds the secondary helm station, a cozy dinette, a grill, and a sink, all contributing to the functionality of the space. The solar panels integrated into the design not only serve as an energy-efficient solution but also complement the yacht's sleek appearance.
Haze's design prioritizes direct contact with the sea and emphasizes space optimization, evident in the substantial cockpit/beach club and the strategic layout of the entertainment areas.
Interior Design
The main salon features a C-shaped leather sofa custom-crafted by Italian artisans. The salon's dining table accommodates eight guests, serving as a central hub for socializing and entertaining. The color scheme is a deliberate choice, harmonizing blue and grey tones with lacquered wood finishes, achieving a stylish, urban vibe.
Materials throughout Haze are selected for their quality and resilience. White marble in the galley underscores a clean, apartment-like feel. Leather, used in the seating, lends a touch of understated elegance, while the lacquered woods bring a sleek, polished look that complements the yacht's modern interior.
The galley, positioned aft, is designed for fluid communication with the outdoor dining area. A large window with an automated up/down system facilitates interaction between those preparing meals and guests enjoying the exterior spaces. The galley is equipped with high-end appliances and ample work surfaces, making meal preparation both enjoyable and efficient for those on board.
Accommodation
Haze offers a serene and private retreat for up to eight guests, housed within four well-appointed cabins. The full-beam master suite, is a space that utilizes the yacht's impressive 6.8-meter beam to its full potential. This spacious stateroom also features an en-suite bathroom that affords complete privacy and convenience.
Complementing the master suite is a large VIP cabin, which also spans the full width of the yacht, providing a space for guests to relax and unwind. The accommodation is further enhanced by two double cabins, each with their own en-suite facilities.
For those who operate the yacht, crew accommodation for up to four is thoughtfully located at the bow. This area includes a dinette, two twin cabins with a total of four beds, and a bathroom, ensuring that the crew has their own dedicated space to rest and recharge, separate from the guest areas.
Performance & Capabilities
Haze is powered by two Volvo IPS-1350 engines, which are the most powerful in the IPS range. Each engine delivers a robust 735 kilowatts at 2400 RPM. This configuration enables Haze to achieve a commendable top speed of 21 knots and maintain a cruising speed of 16 knots. For extended voyages, the yacht has an efficient cruising speed of 12 knots, which provides it with a significant range of 1200 nautical miles.
The VOLVO Penta IPS system is celebrated for its silent operation and fuel efficiency. This innovative system is further enhanced by joystick controls and advanced electronic functions, which simplify the yacht's maneuverability. Maneuvering Haze is both intuitive and precise, thanks to these modern capabilities.
The yacht's hull is designed with pronounced spray rails, contributing to a dry and comfortable voyage, even when utilizing the foredeck for relaxation and sunbathing. The absence of cavitation with the forward-facing pods and twin counter-rotating propellers also reduces structural noise, a significant benefit for guest comfort.
In terms of stability, Haze is equipped with Humphrey stabilizer fins. These fins provide an exceptionally smooth ride while the yacht is underway and also offer zero-speed stabilization. The stability systems ensure that guests can enjoy their time aboard Haze without undue discomfort from the sea's movement.
Haze is charter class compliant, meaning she adheres to rigorous standards of safety and construction, which are essential for yachts available for charter. This compliance is a guarantee of the yacht's integrity and the safety of all aboard.
