Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.11m beam and a 2.02m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 140 GT (Gross Tonnes).

Exterior Design

Jess Conn's hull is a yellow color which is accented with a dark blue boot top and below the waterline, creating a visually striking contrast against the white superstructure. The clipper bow shape contributes to the vessel's efficient navigation through various sea conditions.

Ascending from the stern, steps lead up to a well-proportioned cockpit. This area serves as a transitional space, inviting guests into the vessel's interior or offering a pleasant outdoor area for relaxation. There is a side access door on the main deck that leads to additional storage and refrigeration spaces below. The presence of a catering station on the aft deck further facilitates entertaining and outdoor dining experiences.

The flybridge extends across a wide expanse, offering an outdoor dining area that capitalizes on the vistas provided by the yacht's elevation. The inclusion of a barbecue and a hot tub on the flybridge adds layers of enjoyment.

The boat deck is pragmatically arranged, hosting a tender with a crane for easy deployment and retrieval. This functional aspect ensures that adventures beyond the confines of the yacht are easily accessible.

Jess Conn features a displacement GRP hull with a clipper bow for efficient sea navigation, complemented by a striking yellow and blue exterior design, built across three decks with a 140 GT volume.

Interior Design

In the main salon, the inclusion of a television that rises out of a unit is a notable feature, combining entertainment with efficient use of space. The dining area is positioned to allow for convenient service from the galley while maintaining an openness to the salon. A unique addition to the Jess Conn is a lift, installed to accommodate the original owner's wife.

The galley is equipped with modern appliances, including a high-quality coffee machine, and ample storage, designed to cater to both professional and amateur chefs. The design allows for the galley to be either open to the surrounding spaces or enclosed, depending on the need for privacy or quiet.

The upper deck includes a bar area and a sky lounge, offering expansive views and an alternative social space to the main salon. The catering station on this deck supports independent entertaining options, highlighting the yacht's versatility in hosting guests. The helm is equipped with a comprehensive array of controls and instruments, reflecting the Nordhavn brand's emphasis on safety and navigational precision.

Accommodation

Jess Conn provides accommodation for up to six guests. The owner's cabin on the main deck includes ample storage, a comfortable seating area, and an elegant ensuite bathroom with dual basins and a spacious shower.

The VIP cabin stands out for its slightly larger size, making it an ideal choice for distinguished guests. Like the other cabins, it includes an ensuite with comprehensive amenities, emphasizing the vessel's commitment to comfort and privacy.

Behind the wardrobe of the VIP cabin, the pump room is discreetly located. This room houses all the necessary plumbing systems and even a watermaker, showcasing the yacht's practical and sensible layout. Adjacent to the VIP cabin is a double cabin, complete with ensuite.

The captain's cabin provides accommodation for one, including essential amenities such as a desk, bed, and an ensuite bathroom.
