The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in March 2011 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.

Exterior Design

The exterior design of Liberty is characterized by its distinctive clipper bow, which not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also contributes to its performance in various sea conditions. The deck is crafted from high-quality teak, offering durability and a classic look. The hull, painted in a deep navy blue, provides a striking contrast against the white superstructure, creating a clean and timeless appearance. A red boot top line adds a touch of color and delineates the separation between the hull and the superstructure. Below the waterline, the yacht is painted black, ensuring a sleek and efficient profile in the water.

Starting with the Beach Club, this area provides guests with a close connection to the sea, making it an ideal spot for enjoying the open air.

The main aft deck is spacious, featuring a dining area situated at the aft end. This space allows for effortless boarding and welcomes guests with ease. Additionally, the side decks lead to a secluded seating and sunbathing area, providing privacy and excellent views of the seascape.

Moving up to the upper deck, the open deck space is impressive, with a large seating area at the aft end and two tables perfect for snacks or casual observation of the surroundings.

The sundeck is the largest open space on Liberty. It includes a vast sunbathing area at the aft end, a covered dining area under the hardtop, and a cocktail area at the fore end. The bar area is equipped with a food lift from the galley and a crew entrance, facilitating efficient service.

M/Y Liberty offers a spacious sundeck, elegant lounges, and luxurious accommodations for 12, ensuring a comfortable ocean experience.

Interior Design

The interior design of Liberty showcases thoughtful planning and attention to detail, utilizing quality materials throughout. Upon entering the main deck lounge, guests are greeted by a comfortable area with spacious seating. The use of mirrored shelf units creates an impression of depth and effectively divides the seating area from the dining area. The lighting is both impressive and practical, complementing a striking piece of artwork that recurs throughout the yacht.

The galley on Liberty is designed to meet the demanding needs of a popular charter yacht. It is well-equipped to cater to up to 12 guests, ensuring that the chef has a comfortable and functional space to work. The layout includes extra refrigeration space, which is crucial for maintaining the quality of provisions during extended voyages.

The helm, or bridge, of Liberty is designed for efficiency and ease of use. The helm station offers excellent visibility and is equipped with radar, depth sounders, GPS, and other essential navigational tools. The space allows for multiple crew members to work without obstruction, facilitating smooth operations.

Moving to the lounges, the Sky Lounge is notable for its refined and relaxing ambiance. It features cozy seating and a bar, with materials and fabrics chosen to create a welcoming atmosphere. The area is furnished with a large television, making it an ideal spot for entertainment.

Accommodation

Liberty offers accommodation for up to 12 guests in 6 suites. Located on the main deck, the owner’s suite includes generous closet space on either side of the entrance, a private seating area, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is outfitted with black fossil-infused marble, his and hers sinks, a large tub, a separate sizable shower, and additional closet space. An adjacent study area complements the suite, leading into the stateroom itself, which boasts a unique and functional layout.

Below the main deck, the guest accommodation consists of two double staterooms and two twin cabins. Each double stateroom features striking artwork behind the bedhead and elegantly designed ensuite bathrooms. The twin cabins also provide ensuite bathrooms and include a neat feature to conceal the television when not in use.

In addition to the main deck's owner’s suite and the lower deck's guest cabins, Liberty includes a VIP cabin located near the Sky Lounge. This elevated position offers wonderful views and a spacious ensuite bathroom, making it a prime choice for a VIP guest.
