Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.24m beam and a 1.83m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 212 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the fortieth yacht built on the Westport 112 design.
Exterior Design
The yacht Spirit features a classic white hull and superstructure, accented by a black bootstripe and pinstripe, offering a crisp, defined look. The raised amidships pilothouse gives the yacht a distinct profile, while the raked flared bow enhances its functional design.
The aft deck includes a fixed bathing platform, providing easy access to the water. Twin sets of stairs lead down from the cockpit, ensuring straightforward movement between levels. The expansive exterior spaces are practical and well-suited for leisure. The main aft deck includes a large wooden dining table that comfortably seats approximately ten guests, making it ideal for outdoor dining and social gatherings.
On the sundeck, a Jacuzzi is positioned to allow guests to enjoy panoramic views in comfort. The area also features generous sun lounging spaces, providing ample room for relaxation and enjoying the surroundings.
Interior Design
The main saloon is spacious and airy, featuring an open-plan layout that offers comfortable seating arrangements. A neutral-toned, elongated L-shaped sofa is complemented by two armchairs surrounding a rectangular wooden coffee table. Large windows allow natural light to fill the space, and on the ceiling above a concentric circle pattern. Adjacent to the saloon, the dining area is equipped with a large table that seats eight guests, providing an ideal setting for formal meals. The contrast between the neutral-toned ceiling and furnishings and the dark wooden flooring contributes to the welcoming ambiance.
Moving towards the galley, the country kitchen features a center island and a table with U-shaped seating, suitable for informal dining. The use of light oak and buffet-style countertops adds a practical yet inviting touch to the space. The forward bulkhead in the dining area is decorated with a three-panel art feature, introducing a subtle touch of sophistication to the interior.
Accommodation
Spirit offers accommodation for up to 10 guests across four thoughtfully designed cabins. The master cabin features a California king bed and exudes contemporary elegance. The suite includes a cozy sofa by the window, providing a serene reading nook that benefits from natural light. An ensuite bathroom ensures convenience and privacy for the owner.
In addition to the master suite, Spirit accommodates guests in three additional cabins. These spaces are designed to provide comfort and relaxation for everyone on board. The yacht also has quarters for a crew of five, ensuring a high standard of service and attention during every voyage.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MTU (16V 2000 M91) 1,950hp engines, motor yacht Spirit is capable of reaching a top speed of 24 knots, and comfortably cruises at 18 knots. With her 20,819 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 2,500 nautical miles at 12 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
