  • Accommodates 8 guests, 3 crew members
  • Submersible swim platform for tenders
  • Spacious, sunlit aft deck with seating

Design & Construction

Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 22'5" beam and a 5'10" draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 163 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the third yacht built on the 90R Enclosed design.

Exterior Design

TLC's large swim platform at the stern is capable of submerging for the effortless launch and retrieval of water toys and tenders, enhancing the owner's interaction with the sea.

In addition to its functional swim platform, TLC features a unique transom area accentuated by glass sliding doors. This leads into an intimate, air-conditioned beach club area, perfect for close-to-water relaxation and entertainment, complete with television and natural light streaming through a strategically placed window.

Moving upward to the aft deck, guests are greeted by a spacious and inviting outdoor dining and seating area. The presence of a large window adjacent to this space enhances the connection to the beach club below, allowing for a cohesive design that maximizes natural light and openness.

Transitioning to the upper levels, the Skylounge offers expansive views, incorporating a well-appointed bridge and a sociable area featuring a bar setup conducive to guest interaction. The upper aft deck continues the theme of leisure and comfort with ample seating, a bar, and provisions for shade, catering to the preferences of all guests aboard.

The bow area is designed to offer a secluded retreat, with elevated seating that discreetly conceals the anchor and mooring gear, ensuring that operational tasks do not intrude upon the guest experience.

TLC's exterior design reflects a thoughtful balance of utility and refined simplicity, prioritizing the practical needs of life at sea while maintaining a clean and inviting aesthetic.

Interior Design

The main salon is an expansive space, defined by its minimalist decor and ample natural light, which filters through large windows, enhancing the sense of openness. The interior is finished with high-quality materials, including fine woods and polished metal accents, creating a cohesive and understated elegance.

The use of LED lighting throughout the yacht provides a bright and energy-efficient solution, ensuring visibility is optimized without compromising on the ambiance. The lighting design is strategically placed to accentuate the clean lines and high-quality finishes within the yacht.

In the dining area, the atmosphere is set by the natural light complemented by overhead fixtures that offer a soft glow, ideal for intimate meals or entertaining guests. The furniture is selected for both its aesthetic appeal and comfort, with a dining table that serves as the centerpiece, surrounded by chairs that invite guests to linger and enjoy their dining experience.

Accommodation

TLC houses a total of four cabins, which can accommodate up to eight guests. This layout includes an owner's suite, a VIP cabin, a twin cabin, and an additional cabin that offers flexible bedding arrangements, able to be set up as either a twin or a double. This versatility in sleeping arrangements ensures that TLC can adapt to a variety of guest needs, whether for families or friends chartering together.

The owner's suite is a highlight, designed for privacy and comfort. It features a large bed, ample storage space, and a dedicated en-suite bathroom. The suite is a personal haven for the yacht owner, offering a serene space to unwind after a day at sea.

For the VIP cabin, guests can expect a generous space with a comfortable bed and private facilities, ensuring a pleasant stay on board. The twin cabins are equally well-appointed with comfortable beds and access to their own bathrooms.

Crew accommodation is also well-considered, with space for up to three crew members. This allows for a high level of service on board, ensuring that every guest need is attended to with efficiency and discretion.

Performance & Capabilities

At the heart of TLC's power are twin diesel MTU 12V2000 engines, each producing an impressive 1,920 horsepower. These engines are known for their reliability and efficiency, which are crucial in providing the thrust needed for the yacht's impressive performance on the open water.

TLC boasts a commendable top speed of 21 knots, allowing for swift transitions between destinations. This speed capability ensures that guests can enjoy rapid progress without compromising on comfort. For those preferring a more leisurely pace, TLC cruises comfortably at 18 knots, striking a perfect balance between fuel efficiency and expeditionary progress. The yacht's range and speed make it perfectly suited for cruising areas such as the Bahamas and the Exumas, ensuring that even the most remote of beaches are within convenient reach.

To ensure the utmost comfort for all aboard, TLC is equipped with advanced stabilizers that work to minimize the rolling motion of the sea. These stabilizers are essential for maintaining stability both while underway and at anchor, providing an enhanced on-board experience and added safety for guests and crew alike.

The accessibility and layout of TLC's engine room are indicative of the intelligent design principles employed by Ocean Alexander. Serviceability is a key consideration, with easy access to essential maintenance points such as filters and valves. The yacht's mechanical spaces are arranged to facilitate straightforward servicing of both the engines and the generators, ensuring that TLC is not only a pleasure to operate but also to maintain.

Amenities

In addition, adjoining the water, a beach club lets those on board enjoy the feeling of being close to the sea. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort, while underwater lights create a dazzling light display when the sun goes down. TLC also features deck jacuzzi which provides excellent views.
