Panacea is a 25.45m motor yacht for sale delivered by American shipyard Ocean Alexander in 2020. Her interior design and exterior styling comes from the drawing boards of Evan K Marshall, while Ocean Alexander is responsible for her naval architecture.

Design & Construction
Designed around a semi-displacement GRP hull and superstructure she features a 6.29m beam and a 1.8m draft. The yacht is built over 2 decks with an internal volume of 96 GT (Gross Tonnes).
This was the second yacht built on the 84R Enclosed design.
Exterior Design
Access to the skylounge is provided by a set of stairs from the cockpit, leading to an aft deck equipped with loose furniture, a wet bar and grill combo, multiple lounge pads, and a whirlpool spa.
The yacht's exterior also includes wide side decks that lead to the foredeck. Here, guests have several lounging options, including a three-person sun pad, a U-shaped sofa, and a fixed table. A sunshade can be set up for those who prefer shaded comfort.
At the aft, the cockpit provides a space for alfresco dining, with a four-person bench seat and a fixed table. Additional loose chairs can be added to accommodate up to eight guests. The swim platform doubles as the tender stowage.
Panacea features a white hull and superstructure, which are complemented by a black boot top and below-the-waterline color. The hull finish is done with Alexseal, known for its resilience and glossy finish.
Interior Design
Panacea's main deck and salon feature an L-shaped settee, a lounge chair, and an ottoman situated to port.
The galley is thoughtfully equipped with high-end appliances designed for efficiency and functionality. These include a JennAir full-size stainless-steel oven, a 30-inch four-burner glass top cooktop, a stainless-steel dishwasher, a Fisher & Paykel refrigerator with a freezer drawer below, and a Seagull drinking water tap for purified water. Adjacent to the galley, an eight-person formal dining table is positioned to starboard.
The enclosed all-weather skylounge is furnished with an L-shaped sofa and ottoman to starboard, along with two lounge chairs placed in front of the cabinets to port. This area is situated behind the three-seat upper helm station, providing a comfortable environment for both guests and the captain.
Accommodation
Panacea offers comfortable accommodations for up to eight guests. Below deck, four well-appointed staterooms provide ample space and privacy for everyone on board. Each stateroom is equipped with an ensuite head for added convenience.
The master stateroom is located amidships and spans the full beam of the yacht. This spacious suite features a king-sized berth and his-and-hers ensuite heads.
The VIP stateroom is forward and includes a queen-sized berth. Guests staying in this stateroom will also enjoy the privacy of an ensuite head.
Two additional guest staterooms are situated port and starboard. Each of these staterooms offers flexible sleeping arrangements with lower bunks that can be configured into queen-size berths, accommodating various guest preferences. Both guest staterooms come with their own ensuite heads.
She is also capable of carrying up to three crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.
Performance & Capabilities
Powered by twin diesel MAN (V12) 1,650hp engines, motor yacht Panacea is capable of reaching a top speed of 22 knots, and comfortably cruises at 17 knots. Her semi-displacement hull design means she offers a great balance of space and speed.
