Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 12.98m beam and a 4.21m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 1,723 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a heli-pad.

The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards.

Exterior Design

In alignment with the common practice for yachts commissioned by the royal family of Qatar, Yasmine of the Sea strategically places its relaxing and socializing spaces indoors, away from public view. To maintain privacy, the extensive foredeck serves a functional purpose, housing tenders, personal watercraft, and afloat elements.

Moving aft from the functional foredeck, a central staircase for the crew links the main deck with the raked bow. Crew members, heading from the bow to the main section of the yacht, are welcomed by a bank of raked darkly glazed windows before descending on either side of the yacht. Notably, a prominent communication and navigation mast stands tall, accompanied by a bell housing directly at the bow, adhering to the International Regulations for the Prevention of Collision at Sea (IRPCS) for a yacht of this size.

The aft section of Yasmine of the Sea is dedicated to guest spaces, albeit not overly expansive. Two compact staircases lead diagonally from the shaded aft of the main deck, providing convenient boarding access to the transom and facilitating easy entry into the water.

Interior Design

Yasmine of the Sea, a royal yacht belonging to the Royal Family of Qatar, adheres to a policy of privacy, and as such, no interior photographs have been made available to the public.

Upon reviewing a line drawing from the original interior design brief, it's evident that Yasmine of the Sea boasts a sense of opulence without unnecessary embellishments. The color palette is neutral, incorporating bolder hues through heavy window drapes and the use of dark wood. Stylish motifs are intricately woven into handcrafted cream carpets, while soft light from ceiling recesses creates a relaxing ambiance onboard.

Accommodation

Yasmine Of The Sea provides accommodation for up to 24 guests onboard. The cabin layout features a grand owner's suite, four VIP suites, and seven further guest cabins.

The yacht carries up to 22 crew onboard to ensure operational effectiveness and full guest service.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (20V 1163 TB73L) 20-cylinder 8,154hp engines, motor yacht Yasmine Of The Sea is capable of reaching a top speed of 24 knots, and comfortably cruises at 20 knots. With her 450,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 4,146 nautical miles.
