D-Marin Expands Marina Network in Italy

D-Marin enhances its premium offerings for yacht berths in Italy, welcoming Porto Mirabello to its portfolio.

During the Genoa International Boat Show 2024, D-Marin unveiled its ambitious marina expansion plans in Italy. The highlight of this announcement was the acquisition of Porto Mirabello, a superyacht marina in the Gulf of La Spezia, which now joins the company’s marina portfolio.

This marina spans a 40,000-square-meter peninsula near the iconic Cinque Terre, offering 407 berths for yachts ranging from 12-140m (39-459ft). The marina boasts high-end amenities, including a heliport, gourmet dining venues, and boutique shopping, meeting the demands of superyacht owners.

In addition to Porto Mirabello, D-Marin is advancing the construction of a new marina in Livorno, in partnership with Azimut Benetti, and operates another marina in Varazze, Liguria. The Livorno project, situated next to the Azimut-Benetti shipyard, aims to provide world-class berthing for superyachts, with the first berths expected to be available in 2025.

We are thrilled to welcome Porto Mirabello into the D-Marin family, which strengthens our footprint in Italy and also reinforces our commitment to providing world-class marina services. Porto Mirabello's exceptional facilities and prime location in the Gulf of La Spezia align perfectly with our vision of creating the finest yachting destinations in the Mediterranean."
