Feadship
Feadship’s focus is simple, to make the best possible superyachts: “There are yachts, and there are Feadships”, as they like to say. This is backed up by an in-house ability to fully own the planning, design and build of a yacht and, perhaps more importantly, to do so in a highly professional, confident and client-focused way that creates an immersive and fun experience for anyone buying a Feadship yacht.
With Feadship there is no range of yachts as such since each yacht is a completely individual one-off project, starting with a blank sheet of paper. Feadship now builds very large superyachts of all shapes and styles; about half of the fleet is designed by one of the group’s members, De Voogt Naval Architects. Collectively, Feadship has unarguably created some of the finest superyachts that are for sale worldwide.
The Feadship name itself represents two pedigree yacht builders in Royal Van Lent and De Vries, along with De Voogt. The name comes from “First Export Association of Dutch SHIPbuilders” and in this vein, you can see how Feadship stands more for design and build excellence than for a certain type of yacht, although it is very much a large yacht specialist with very few builds under 50m. In short, if you are looking at Feadship yachts for sale, new and used, you will be looking at something on a spectacular scale.
