Delivered in 2018, Crescent is a 135.61m motor yacht built by German shipyard Lurssen. The yacht's exteriors have been penned by Espen Oeino, while Zuretti has designed her interiors.

Design & Construction

Designed around a displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 21m beam and a 5.2m draft. The yacht is built over 5 decks with an internal volume of 9,034 GT (Gross Tonnes). The design also incorporates a heli-pad.

Construction started in early 2015 with the keel laid under the project name 'Thunder'. The yacht was designed and constructed in compliance with the Lloyds Register technical standards. Launched in April 2017 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months. She was delivered to her owners in August 2018.

Exterior Design

Crescent's striking black hull is paired with a silver superstructure, a combination that creates a visually compelling profile on the water. The design incorporates distinctive wing stations amidships.

Crescent's silhouette is further defined by the trio of deck windows positioned just forward of the wing stations. These expansive windows are a key feature, allowing natural light to flood the interior spaces and providing guests with panoramic views of the surrounding seascape.

The yacht's outdoor amenities include two helipads, designed to accommodate the comings and goings of guests and crew. The upper deck helipad is particularly noteworthy, with a retractable helicopter hangar that ensures the deck remains uncluttered when not in use. 

Completing Crescent's external highlights is the pool, which is not only a significant size but also boasts a glass floor. This design choice contributes to the yacht's contemporary feel and allows for an interplay of light and water, enhancing the ambience of the deck areas both day and night.

Interior Design

Key interior amenities include a multi-level atrium that serves as the centerpiece of the yacht, featuring full-height windows that flood the area with natural light and provide expansive views. This space is designed to facilitate social gatherings, with ample seating and a welcoming atmosphere.

Accommodation

Crescent offers accommodation for up to 18 guests in 9 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 40 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Performance & Capabilities

Powered by twin diesel MTU (20V 1163 M84) 20-cylinder 8,837hp engines running at 1280rpm, motor yacht Crescent is capable of reaching a top speed of 15 knots, and comfortably cruises at 11 knots. With her 950,000 litre fuel tanks she has a maximum range of 7,000 nautical miles at 11 knots. She has been fitted with stabilizers to increase on-board comfort when the yacht is at anchor, particularly in rough waters.

Ensuring everyone on board can enjoy the water to the fullest, luxury yacht Crescent offers a large beach club connected to a swim platform, with plenty of space for lounging and soaking up the sea views. In addition, full cinema facilities ensure five-star entertainment. The yacht can house plenty of nautical toys and accessories, with a well-appointed tender garage for storing her impressive locker. Air conditioning offers increased on-board comfort, while underwater lights create a dazzling light display when the sun goes down and an elevator makes the yacht fully-accessible.

The esteemed designer has created a bold and striking profile, with chrome superstructure offset by a glossy ebony hull that lends her a powerful and predatory look.
