Design & Construction
Designed around a full displacement steel hull and an aluminium superstructure she features a 8.2m beam and a 2.4m draft. The yacht is built over 3 decks with an internal volume of 366 GT (Gross Tonnes).
Exterior Design
The main aft deck offers a spacious area for dining, featuring a table that accommodates 10 guests and a bar that connects to the main salon through a dropdown window. Accessibility is a key aspect, with stairs on both port and starboard sides leading to the swim platform and tender garage, enhancing the ease of movement for guests. The inclusion of a passarelle on the port side further facilitates boarding.
Moving to the bridge deck aft, this area is designed for both dining and relaxation, hosting an oval-shaped table with chair seating for ten and full-beam settee lounges. The transition to the sundeck is made effortless by stairs located on the starboard bulkhead. The sundeck itself features ample space for leisure, with two wraparound seating areas, built-in storage, a BBQ grill, a full-service bar, and a large sun pad surrounding the Jacuzzi, partially shaded by a hard top. This arrangement promotes a versatile outdoor experience.
At the bow, forward of the pilot house, there is a sunbed area seamlessly integrated into the structure, providing a tranquil spot for relaxation.
The entire exterior is finished in teak, reflecting a preference for durable, high-quality materials that are both elegant and resilient. The inclusion of a stern tender garage, accessible from the main deck, underscores the yacht's readiness for adventure and exploration. This garage houses a large 16’ tender and one wave runner, along with additional storage for various water toys, and the garage door doubles as an extra-large swim platform.
Interior Design
In the main salon, double glass pneumatic sliding doors open to reveal a space that is efficient in its layout and design. To port, a full-service bar with an extra-large window enhances connectivity with the exterior, dropping down to merge indoor and outdoor experiences. The main dining area, positioned forward of the salon, is equipped to seat twelve persons comfortably. Built-in storage for china and stemware on both port and starboard sides adds to the space's functionality without sacrificing style. The use of natural light is maximized through strategic placement of windows, enriching the dining experience with an airy, open feel. The use of glossy and matte wood paneling throughout creates a cohesive aesthetic that is both sophisticated and inviting.
The interior lighting scheme is carefully crafted to complement the natural light, ensuring that the transition from day to evening is effortlessly smooth. Strategic lighting accentuates the wood paneling's natural beauty and the overall design's clean lines, creating an ambiance that is both warm and inviting.
The pilothouse is exceptionally spacious for a yacht of this size, furnished with the latest navigational equipment. The layout includes two captain's chairs, a guest seating area with a table, a chart table with a radio station, and ample chart storage. This design prioritizes functionality and ease of access, ensuring that operating Rearden Steel is as comfortable as it is efficient.
The main galley is equipped with high-grade appliances, including a SMEG oven and a Miele oven, catering to both fine dining and casual meals. A True standing refrigerator/freezer, alongside additional Miele refrigeration units, provides ample storage for fresh ingredients.
