Design & Construction

Designed around a planing GRP hull and superstructure she features a 7.49m beam and a 1.35m draft. The yacht has an internal volume of 218 GT (Gross Tonnes).

This was the first yacht built on the AB 120 design. Launched in March 2023 this yacht undertook sea trials over the following months.

Exterior Design

The deck layout is intentionally crafted to focus on the stern, offering an unobstructed view of the water and facilitating ease of access to the array of water toys. A cohesive seating arrangement with twin coffee tables enhances the social experience of the deck area.

The yacht's tender garage is an exercise in practical ingenuity, housing a Williams jet tender and a jet ski beneath the hot tub platform. This area, engineered to elevate for ease of watercraft deployment, demonstrates thoughtful design integration. Additionally, the yacht features retractable wings on both sides, expanding the available recreation space and allowing for versatile usage, from lounging to water sports staging.

Moving to the cockpit, the integration of a hot tub positioned to overlook the aft deck exemplifies the design's focus on relaxation and entertainment. Flanked by sun pads, it provides a comfortable space without the inclusion of a dining area, emphasizing leisure over formal dining on the exterior.

The side decks of Wraith are broad, enhancing the vessel's profile and reinforcing the sense of stability and security. The absence of guardrails, replaced by fender straps, maintains the yacht's clean lines. Glass features prominently along the yacht's profile, contributing to its dynamic appearance and reinforcing the impression of speed and movement, even at rest.

The foredeck introduces another jet ski, stored beneath a hatch with an integrated crane for effortless launching. A social area with speakers, coffee tables, and seating arrangements, including a sun pad, offers an elevated platform for enjoyment and social interaction.

Ascending to the sundeck reveals a space that transcends mere sunbathing functionality. It accommodates freestanding furniture, providing a versatile area for social gatherings. A discreet helm station offers practicality for low-speed navigation, granting the captain a panoramic view and heightened situational awareness The forward sun pad is a dual-purpose innovation, serving as a luxurious lounging area by day and transforming into an outdoor cinema by night.

Wraith is designed to enhance the on-water experience through its focus on visibility, accessibility, and social spaces, while maintaining a dynamic and aesthetically pleasing profile.

Interior Design

The interior of Wraith offers a cohesive and sophisticated environment, where design and functionality merge. The saloon is segmented into distinct areas for relaxation, dining, and socializing. Lounging space is abundant, with comfortable seating positioned opposite a large television, providing an entertainment focal point. The dining area, located amidships, features a substantial marble table surrounded by plush chairs, providing an inviting space for guests to gather and enjoy meals. Storage for the vessel's crockery and glassware is thoughtfully integrated into the nearby cabinetry.

Materials used throughout the interior reflect a preference for durability and aesthetics, with marble surfaces and high-quality wood finishes creating a polished yet welcoming atmosphere. Lighting is strategically placed to enhance the ambience, offering a balance of illumination and shadow that accentuates the interior architecture.

The bar area is equipped with a marble countertop, a sink, refrigeration for cooling, and ample storage for a variety of beverages. Positioned to afford views over the stern, this space is ideal for serving guests and engaging in conversation.

The helm of Wraith is designed with precision, placing the operator at the heart of the vessel's control and navigation. Integrated with state-of-the-art systems, the cockpit features three adjustable helm seats, multiple multifunctional display units, digital switching controls, and comprehensive manual override systems accessible from the engine room.

The galley, situated on the lower deck, features Miele appliances and an American double fridge feezer with surfaces that facilitate meal preparation and service.

Accommodation

Wraith can accommodate eight guests in its four well-appointed cabins, each with its own distinct character and layout.

As you descend the elegant staircase to the lower deck, you are greeted by a private seating area that benefits from an abundance of natural light, thanks to the atrium. The crew quarters are accessed through a sliding door at the forward end of this area, ensuring privacy for both guests and crew.

The guest and owner's accommodation corridor is lined with a blend of materials and subtle lighting, creating an inviting atmosphere. Among the guest accommodations, there is a flexible cabin that serves as a gym but can be transformed into an additional sleeping space at the touch of a button. This cabin includes an ensuite bathroom and cleverly conceals a television behind the mirror.

Further along the corridor, guests will find a twin cabin on the port side, complete with its own ensuite bathroom. On the starboard side lies the VIP cabin, which features generous storage, a concealed TV behind the mirror, and a private ensuite bathroom.

The owner's suite stands out as a particularly spacious retreat. The ample floor space and luxurious furnishings give the impression of a high-end hotel room, rather than a traditional yacht cabin. The suite includes a large and inviting bed, an ensuite bathroom with separate shower and toilet areas enclosed by smoked and clear glass respectively, and a comfortable seating area with a sofa and bureau. The owner's suite also offers substantial storage space, enhancing the overall experience of comfort and convenience.

The crew accommodation for up to six members is arranged to provide both privacy and quick access to the deck. The crew mess includes a dedicated seating area and advanced monitoring systems, with high-resolution cameras providing views of various areas of the yacht. Additional facilities for the crew include a washer-dryer and a well-equipped galley.

The captain's quarters are furnished with a pair of bunks and an ensuite bathroom, while the other crew bunks have the convenience of separate bathrooms. This thoughtful design ensures that the crew can maintain their own comfort and efficiency, ultimately enhancing their ability to provide exceptional service to guests.

Performance & Capabilities

Wraith is powered by three MTU engines, each producing 2600 horsepower (16V 2000 M96L), with the central engine connected to a fixed jet, and the outer engines to movable jets, which facilitate agile maneuvering. The jet drive system not only delivers remarkable performance but also allows for a shallow draft of merely four feet and five inches, enabling the yacht to access shallower waters and even beach in places like the Bahamas.

Wraith offers an impressive top speed of 47 knots and can comfortably cruise at 40 knots. At this cruising speed, she boasts a range of over 400 nautical miles, optimized for efficiency in both fuel consumption and time.

Stabilization is paramount on Wraith, and it is equipped with two SeaKeeper units, a 26 and a 9, to ensure maximum stability at anchor, enhancing onboard comfort. The yacht also features two generators, twin water makers, and a sewage treatment plant, ensuring that operations can be sustained in pristine conditions without impacting the environment.

The engine room is thoughtfully air-conditioned to provide a comfortable working environment for engineers. Within this space, every detail is arranged for accessibility, from clear switch labeling to breaker visibility.
