The 11th yacht of the Azimut Grande Trideck series, MY TYME is the first of three set to be delivered this year.
Azimut's innovative take on the TRIDECK concept includes a 'plus one' feature — a half-raised aft deck that extends the traditional tri-deck design. The Azimut Grande stands out in the superyacht sales sector with its ensemble of four cascading terraces.
Guests onboard the Azimut Grande Trideck can enjoy extensive deck spaces across multiple levels. The staggered decks feature an aft-facing sea view terrace, an elegant private patio on the main deck between the sea view terrace and the salon entrance, a spacious sundeck, and a beach club waterside area. The upper deck transforms into a stunning dining area, offering exceptional views and space for relaxation.
The Azimut yacht received a five-star review from YachtBuyer upon its launch in 2021.
The Azimut Grande Trideck features a displacement to planing (D2P) hull design with extensive carbon fiber use, cutting fuel consumption and emissions by 20-30% across all speeds. The wave piercer at the bow of the double chine hull minimizes the impact of sea conditions, increasing waterline length and reducing drag.
Carbon fiber in the yacht's upper sections lightens the load by 30% and decreases roll momentum by 15%. The onboard battery system supports hotel mode for up to four hours during the day and up to eight hours at night, offering a luxurious superyacht experience free from noise, vibration, and emissions.
Performance is driven by twin 2,400hp MTU engines, with an option for twin 2,600hp MTU engines. The yacht reaches a maximum speed of approximately 23-25 knots and cruises comfortably at around 20 knots.
The yacht is available in either a five- or six-cabin layout. Designed by Alberto Mancini for the exterior and Achille Salvagni Architetti for the interior, the Grande Trideck series began with the yacht SHABBY in 2021.
Azimut is set to deliver three Grande Trideck yachts throughout 2024: MY TYME, BLUE EYES, and ADAMAR.
